We arrived at the clinic with two cats. The cat lived with us, an old one and a kitten that was picked up from the street. At first, the kitten got sick, they went to other clinics, there was no sense, the condition worsened with the prescribed treatment every day. Then the cat got sick and was in a very bad condition. The cat was choking on coughing, had a stuffy nose, and had a high fever. The kitten had lethargy, high fever, cough, wheezing, purulent eyes. First, I'll tell you the background. My cat got poisoned. I started noticing symptoms after July 2, when I found her on the street. She got out of the window (I have the 1st floor). Unfortunately, due to my own inattention, I did not attach importance to the symptoms manifested in my pet. later on July 8, he applied for help to this institution. When I was in this institution, the following manipulations were performed: a blood test was performed (the result was given), they claim that they X-rayed a cat with poisoning (it is unclear why and the result was not given even after the trial), ultrasound (the result was not given even after the trial), psychotropic anesthesia was injected (to a cat with poisoning), the cat was not It is weighed, for which there are supporting documents. they claimed that they provided some other assistance, the contents of which I was not offered to familiarize myself with even after the trial and during the trial and could not provide evidence of the fact of providing this assistance in court. 465p was paid by checks. They claimed that I owed 170p . I came to look at my cat on July 9th and eventually took the cat away on July 10th. After this clinic, my cat lay on the floor for 4 days and died. during this time, I managed to go to another clinic because I doubted the ability of the doctors of this institution to provide services at a sufficient level. as a result, a completely different diagnosis was made in another clinic and a completely different treatment was prescribed. in court, the staff of this clinic claimed that in another clinic, the staff of another clinic politely sent me away, although I explained to the judge that the staff of another clinic managed to convince me that it was not possible to cure my pet and, trusting their qualifications, I wrote a refusal from further treatment.
On July 14, I wrote an application to the police to conduct an inspection at this institution. As a result, there were no claims against this institution according to the documents.
I called this institution on 1.08.24 in order to refund funds. I received a call back on 08/14/2024 with threats and insults against me from the staff of this institution. About which I wrote a corresponding statement to the police. The police took measures in the form of a preventive conversation.
Next, I addressed the State Control Committee with an appeal to check the pricing in this institution. The KGC redirected my appeal to the relevant body and according to the documents, this clinic managed to prove its "purity" from the point of view of the law.
Then he wrote a lawsuit and appealed to the court. In my opinion, the judge did not find my evidence convincing and apparently considered that all the documents I provided received from the clinic were absolutely correct and as complete as possible. I considered it appropriate to attach to the case materials the documents that the clinic staff had prepared for the court session. Despite the fact that the clinic staff did not provide convincing evidence that they actually provided the services described in their documents. The judge considered that in order to make a decision on the case, it is necessary to hear the expert's opinion and hold from 1 to several more meetings on the case. A total of 2 preliminary meetings were held on September 3 and 23. According to the results of the meetings, the judge proposed to conclude a peace agreement and abandon mutual claims against each other. Despite the fact that the fact of the provision of services by this clinic has not been proven. Considering that further meetings would not lead to the satisfaction of my claims, I had to sign a settlement agreement document. Although I do not think that it is possible to put up with such an attitude towards people as the staff of this institution. I received a receipt (an unidentified document from representatives of the clinic) that they have no complaints against me.
I admit the fact that I did not conduct an examination of my deceased pet after his death. I did not conduct this study because, in my opinion, this document would not have been decisive for the court, since even when receiving the results of the examination, the clinic staff had options for how to behave in order not to admit their guilt, namely:
1) when confirming the diagnosis, I become the guilty party
2) if the diagnosis was not confirmed and another diagnosis was established, the clinic staff would tell me that you did not show up for an appointment on 12.07 (yes, I did not come to the appointment, so I thought they could not help) and what you did with your pet in the period from 07/11/2024 to 07/14/2024 we do not know and we are not responsible for this We're carrying it.
3) when conducting an oral survey, I do not know which side the expert would take.
I tried to describe what happened as unbiased as possible. I can't judge how well I did it.
