It was a beautiful hotel... once upon a time, probably 20-30 years ago. Now everything is dilapidated. The once stylish and expensive interior looks more like tired antiques that are completely out of place. By the way, the TV in the room was old, square, but it showed well. The beds were very comfortable) Hot water is given in the morning for several hours and in the evening from 18-23 hours, it seems. The hotel lobby is currently being renovated, and the rooms may be renovated soon. The breakfast buffet is modest, but quite tasty, homemade. Omelette and fried sausages came to me. Regular instant coffee. For such a price (a room without a balcony with two single beds - 4900 rubles) - it seems to me a little expensive. But the city center!
Probably, the problems that currently exist in the hotel are not specific, but the problem of the region as a whole. The hot water supply does not correspond to the stated schedule, and the prefix "hot" is formal. More precisely, I would say not as cold as from a cold tap. The breakfasts are sorted quickly, the filling of the dishes is not monitored, the dishes are not removed from the tables and I did not find a designated place for dirty dishes to clean on my own. The room stock is worn out, the bed linen is poorly ironed. I can't tell if it's a system or not, because I've only stayed at this place once. In general, there is something to work on. I wish this region to get back on its feet as soon as possible! The receptionist Marina is very friendly!
The staff is nice and helpful! Regular room cleaning! For your money, good service and conditions! Based on the realities of the situation, the hotel is wonderful, there is something to strive for and where to develop!in general, I advise you!
The location is a plus. The price tag for everything is pretty overpriced. That's where the advantages end. The exterior, the interior are not that tired, it is clear that everyone "scored" on this hotel and now you do not need to write off the war. Elementary glazing in a working hotel cannot be through one. All the equipment since 2000 is clear and there are no special complaints, but bedding, pillows, mattress-this is simply unacceptable! A heavy smell of sweetness, stains (think about the nature of their origin)! The rooms, which open with the most ordinary metal key like Pinocchio's, have a 'back to the past' atmosphere. The staff is trying, but the question for the managers is: what are they wearing? What do they allow themselves? All rumpled, manicures for a nightclub. Is the locksmith standing at the reception and telling a joke, is the guard flirting with the waitress? You stand and immerse yourself in this comedy club, willy-nilly. A special impression from the chef who came to our hall-I didn't want to eat! a dirty torn tunic and he periodically wiped his hands on his sternum-such a sight.
But the worst thing comes in the evening-the contingent slides down and this is a real hotel for rent.
In general! Donetsk is tight with hotels, everything is always busy, but the same Park Inn 5 minutes away is at least something like a hotel with outstanding, but at least some standards!
A great hotel. Convenient location. Free WiFi. There is a cafe. There are ATMs of the PSB, but when cashing out from cards of other banks, a commission is charged. Of the disadvantages, only hot water is supplied by the hour, there are no coolers on the floors, and an iron is not on every floor.
The staff is very nice , polite and responsive. Special thanks to the manager , unfortunately I do not know her name , but she has very beautiful red hair . Thank you for keeping everything clean and tidy . I recommend
I booked a room for 10 days. I arrived during the heat wave.
(In the information of the hotel, it is indicated that there are air conditioners in the rooms) , they checked into the room, the air conditioner did not work, when asked to resolve the issue, I received the answer: "there is a fan in the room." + problems with hot water , well, this is the norm for Donetsk.
After numerous requests , they were moved to another room where the conder worked , but there was no water pressure 🥲
Room cleaning , it is not clear at all what schedule they clean , on the 5th day , at the request , they carried out a wet cleaning and towel change.
The kitchen is not bad, the food is delicious and affordable ₽
A good hotel, taking into account the specifics of Donetsk. The room is clean, the furniture is old, but tolerable. There is no hot water at night, but this is how all the inhabitants of this wonderful city suffer. The staff is friendly, cards are accepted for payment. Wi-Fi is sometimes intermittent. The parking lot is small, but I got in. A room for two cost only 3400 rubles, which is relatively inexpensive. What I didn't like was the lack of soap and shampoo.
The hotel at first glance is good, but not everything, as advertised, they rented a business room with their wife, as it turned out, business class they do not have constant hot water, there is simply no TV , the condition of the room is not that it looks like business class, even economy does not pull in general, I put the lowest scene, I do not recommend the price for the conditions overpriced
Old furniture, old televisions, creaking wooden doors were normal in the early 2000s, now it's so-so, but for lack of another place to stay, you don't have to be particularly smart)) special attention is paid to breakfast, which is included in the room rate- boiled eggs, sausage, cheese, bread, tea, coffee, some kind of porridge, here's a buffet for you in Donetsk))))
An ordinary hotel, a good, delicious breakfast, polite staff. Inconvenient parking, in fact, it simply does not exist. The car can be parked along the curb near the building
It is quite a good hotel for Donetsk. And the prices are reasonable. The most important thing is water every day, cold water all day, hot water in the morning and evening. The elevator works, but only up to the 7th floor, then on foot.
There was a kettle in my room, but there were no cups for it. They took it downstairs for breakfast. By the way, although there is a small choice of breakfasts, but everything is basic, you will not stay hungry.
One of the disadvantages is that one of the bedside sockets did not work in the room, the shower gate leaked at both joints (there is no gasket, apparently). And the TV is 14’ for such a room, it's funny, I didn't even see him with glasses from the bed.
There is parking on the street, but it is difficult to find a place during the day, in the evening without problems.
And so in general I recommend it.
The service is at -1...... they don't want to clean the room at all, they change the linen in the room if you only ask them, at 9 a.m. you come for breakfast with almost nothing left of the food. You won't get hot water-they promise from 18 to 22, it flows barely warm.
The staff forgets about their duties, they talk about their personal lives)))
I do not recommend this hotel!!!
I don't know who all these wonderful people are who give 5 stars, but it's terrible) We also believed the reviews and booked a room. We went in, looked at it and left, despite the fact that we had already paid. The photos were apparently taken at a time when everything was still new and fresh. In fact: a worn-out bedspread (although they do not smoke in the rooms), washed bed linen, old furniture, some kind of century-old TV. This is just what immediately caught my eye) My husband said, "Well, no, I don't need to pick up anything here." It gives the impression of just a banal hotel for overnight meetings. I apologize if I offend anyone. I understand everything, the frontline area. But even in neighboring Makeyevka there are decent mini-hotels where everything is clean and tidy. For comparison, in Moscow, for the same price, you can rent a room in a decent hotel. I understand that because of ITS prices in the region are being increased several times. But there must be at least some kind of price-quality correspondence.
Three stars for the room stock. Of course, I would like fresh repairs and water pressure. It's very smoky. But the kitchen is very good. An extraordinary borscht!
If a hotel is in demand, this does not mean that people can be ignored. There is no kettle, no air conditioner, the window is broken and the price tag is 4700. In Belgorod, we rented a royal room at the Yesenin Hotel for 3600.
Positive: a good breakfast. There is an underground parking. Cons: there is no water and not only at the specified hours. Standard rooms do not have air conditioning.
One of the few hotels that works at night. It's very cozy. The staff is very helpful. Thank you very much, you helped out a lot! Special thanks to the manager Lenochka, she helped out in a difficult moment.
Terrible hotel! I don't advise anyone. The administrator behaves impudently and disgustingly. The price for two is 7 tr. Where is it more expensive? There is no hot water. There is no air conditioning. It's very dirty.
We were with a friend twice. I sent him to the tag. It's Chinese! The girls are smart, neat. Rooms are a bit expensive. But the question is, what the fuck did you come here to evaluate the rooms? The kitchen is divine. The kitchen staff are attentive, even the restaurants of the Moscow Metro will envy. There is a lot of diverse audience. From deputies and journalists from the Central Committee, to ordinary soldiers. Everything is great.
The staff's attitude is good, the rooms are clean enough. Disgusting sound insulation, if the room is next to the staff room, then you will hear everything about everyone))) The kitchen is not very good. I recommend it if you do not need to stay in Donetsk for a long time.
We stayed with a colleague for one night. The room is not bad, but the carpet has been in need of replacement for a long time. The room has everything you need, it seems clean. At that time, the lobby was being renovated, the hotel has every chance to become better.
Everything is clean, the breakfast buffet, everything is fine for not picky guests, the renovation of the 90s, the walls are cardboard, but if you spend the night it's just right

A normal hotel took the standard price is acceptable , although everyone has their own wallet. The city center, you can have dinner and breakfast is included in the room rate. I recommend it!!!You need to book earlier in the city, of course, the hotels are mostly full
The staff is polite and helpful. The room is clean and has a small refrigerator, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning. However, the furniture has minor flaws; the bathroom drain needs to be cleaned.
It's fine for one night, the center of Donetsk. There was no tea maker in our room, the clock was turned off - it ticks for the whole room, there is water, there is a smell of tobacco, someone smoked well before us. The breakfast is excellent, delicious.
In light of the fact that there are constant problems with water supply, electricity and heating in Donetsk, the hotel is maintained in these conditions with dignity. A cozy, clean and warm - and inexpensive - room, friendly and always ready to help in resolving situations and problems at the reception, a small cafe-bar at home (although prices are like an average cafe in the center of Moscow)... I think everything will only go for the better in the future.
I lived in this hotel with pleasure and comfort. Compared to renting an apartment in the city, heaven and earth are real! Water is given twice a day, and in the city once every two days - feel the difference. The breakfasts are quite edible and delicious. The prices in the restaurant are quite affordable and serve quickly. The rooms are comfortable, however, the location of the outlets is a little strange, but this is not critical. The large hall on the ground floor is badly damaged by debris from the arrival. In general, it is quite possible to live.

A hotel in the very center of Donetsk. There is water, including hot water once a day. This is very important for Donetsk.
The kitchen is very good, the food is delicious and the portions are large. The staff is friendly.
In general, there was a problem with the paperwork. I rented one room, lived in one room, but two breakfasts were recorded in the calculation, one breakfast costs 600 rubles. If you are on a business trip and you need to hand over checks to your organization for accommodation, then this hotel is not for you, because you will lose a lot of money. Their breakfast is necessarily included in the room rate without any options, and no changes are allowed in the calculation of the receipts on their part. Gypsy Central
The accommodation is satisfactory, there is always water. Hot in the evening and in the morning. The staff is responsive, the rooms are clean, breakfast to choose from, do not stay hungry
A great hotel. Cozy rooms.
Polite staff. Decent kitchen.
Not very expensive. Delicious breakfast. Location
There is no such thing as a center. The House of Soviets is around the corner.
I recommend.
Everything is very tasty in the restaurant, but the hot water is on schedule(

Despite the situation in the city (within the framework of its own), the hotel provides services at a high level. Although the breakfast food is monotonous, it is delicious. The location of the hotel itself is excellent
For the destruction of the city, prices are off the scale even in Moscow.
But here the price is quality, breakfast is included, clean rooms, good service
