The area is overgrown, but you can drive and walk. Once there was a very cool place to train athletes, there are a lot of photos and descriptions on the Internet.
Unfortunately, there is complete ruin now, but the main building is standing and it can be interesting and easily accessible to fans of abandoned buildings. There is no security, access is free.
Thanks to everyone who took the photos. I was at this base in '83 and '84. The main buildings were built by the Yugoslavs. The place was truly heavenly. I saw many famous athletes and national teams there. The most pleasant memories and the saddest impressions from the photos of our days.
For those who like to climb, it is a great option. The navigator leads directly to the building itself (the roads are passable everywhere). A huge area, it must have been very beautiful... Now only the walls, stairs (you can easily climb to the very last floor), floors remain from the main building. The ground floor is full of cows, but you can go through, then everything is clean. The walls are beaten with bullets, there are a lot of shell casings on the floor (as they wrote earlier - locals come to shoot). From the building, a 3-minute walk to the beach (we did not swim, we do not know the bottom) and a 5-minute walk to the wild bromine spring. If you look at the sea, it is to the right of the building (it can be seen from the balconies).
I definitely recommend visiting, 2-3 hours will fly by unnoticed (you can drive a car and with children).
