I would like to express my great gratitude and appreciation to the dentist-therapist Bondar Valentina Petrovna. I have no doubt that this is a doctor from God. She saved my neglected pulpitic tooth, which was recommended to be removed in 2 private clinics. And my other teeth were put in order very efficiently and quickly enough. The service is terrible. I rarely go to the clinic, but then after the accident, when I was discharged from the hospital, the doctor told me to go to my clinic to see a neurologist (head injury). I came 3 times, queues of 20 people, 1 doctor is working. Those who have a ticket for 11 a.m., for example, sit and wait until 13 o'clock. Take an entry ticket for 22 days in advance. That is, if today is October 29th, the ticket is given for November 20th, cool, we will wait. What is the treatment, what is the condition of the wound, what are the impulses? - nobody really cares. To examine, to give a prescription for medicine - we need it, you close your eyes, and okay, one more, one less... Why not bring 2 doctors or 3 to work to relieve the long-term queue for at least a week or two. Do they need it? They say we have a schedule. Anyway, I'm not used to this attitude.

Terrible attitude towards people and their work.
My husband broke his leg, we arrived immediately at the reception after the BSMP to open the hospital and take a control picture.
There is no ramp to climb, it was dismantled, but the repair was only in October, we arrived on September 27. THE traumatologist QUIT.
The hospital was opened by a therapist. I went down to my husband on a bench near the clinic to inspect and give him a sick leave.
They told me to come on Wednesday in the first shift for a checkup and an appointment with a traumatologist. The reception confirmed that the doctor takes the first shift.
I took time off from work, we arrived, and the traumatologist QUIT AND NOW WE ARE ON THE SECOND SHIFT!!!
Finally the picture was taken, the day of removal of the plaster was appointed, but now again for an appointment in 5 days. What for????? For a man in a cast to come simply, sit in line for three hours and the doctor put another check mark on him.
That's how everything is done in the year of quality. I wish it would end soon and the YEAR OF RESPECT FOR PEOPLE would begin.
