A polyclinic with special oculists. At the reception, they complain about patients that there are too many of them, that everyone will come before lunch, and after lunch there is no one. Colds, pregnant women and other categories of sick and healthy people are all sitting in the same queues
It's a terrible clinic, doctors don't want to work at all, and they're also rude!
I didn't get a ticket to a specialist! If this is not to be shortened, I will go higher!I'm seriously tired, doctors only know how to cripple, obviously not to treat!
Good afternoon. I am tolerant of government agencies))) I leave a suggestion: on the first floor, near the office of pre-medical examination, there is an information board, except for the queue number and the office, information about covid-19 is shown there. My question is: how fast should people be able to read? I, an adult, managed to finish reading to the fifth line at most after each update of information. Dear administration, do not mock when you install such a "know-how", check for yourself how convenient it is for the visitor. I also did not understand why the queue was electronic when choosing to initially divide into two cabinets? I had to take two coupons to different offices. What is the logic of the throughput flow? As a result, there were 5 people in 112 offices, and no one in 109.
An eternal nightmare. There are no coupons. There are a lot of people.
1.5 hours in the queue is the average time.
I complained several times, but only one window is open in the registry, in which there are a couple of registrars. It turns out that you shout your data at the back of the person in front of you, who is waiting for the card. The distance? You haven 't heard ...
The staff is terribly rude, the specialists will write out all sorts of stuff, it gets even worse, the queue is until the end of the corridor. There are ENT specialists, the optometrist respects them!
My polyclinic by address. In principle, you can always order a ticket by phone to any doctor. I periodically ask for recipes. There are no misunderstandings, they always offer an acceptable option.

The polyclinic is like a polyclinic, with queues and waits, until the doctor drinks tea, or talks with colleagues, the reception will not start on time.. not everywhere, of course, but there are such shots..
The disadvantage is that they drive visitors and do not accept them without an outpatient card, and wait until she is in the office, and then in the end I do not open the same card, and as a result they look at all the examinations in the computer, the question is, why do we need this outpatient card at all? - we need to finally step into the 21st century, into the age of computer technology!
Once I had, not once, the tests in the card were confused, and left diagnoses were attributed, when, for example, you were not at the therapist's appointment at all, and you did not take the tests, but you have a record in the card that you were at the therapist, and you took the tests, and in general, you have diabetes mellitus (when in fact even sugar is not increased anywhere), then I had problems because of this record in another medical institution - YOU DON'T NEED TO DO THAT!!
Well, in general, the staff is quite friendly, thank you for your work!)

There are a lot of people all the time. Even if you arrive on a ticket at a specific time, you sit + 20 minutes to your time
I waited 20 minutes for a queue on the phone for help, as a result, they did not pick up the phone. There are three numbers on the site, none are responding
I really want to express my dissatisfaction with the neurologist - Efimenko Darya Fedorovna!!!! This doctor lacks all professional and human qualities, is rude in talking to patients, refused to provide assistance. It is very bad that such people spend budget money and time studying at a medical university, taking someone else's place.

A good clinic. I have never encountered rudeness here, all the employees and doctors were polite.
And there are queues in every clinic. Special thanks to the doctor - Motherland Lyudmila Mikhailovna.
-1 star, after all, the building needs repair.
It is difficult to approach narrow specialists. There is little time for the patient's appointment, so queues always gather, the time in the ticket is not respected.
Pre-medical one for 20 people, for a damn discharge you need to stand for 2 hours, at least divided, make an extract for 3-5 minutes, but you will stand for 2 hours
Upon entering a medical facility, you come across a rule that I do not understand: "we do not give out patient cards!" The reception staff works slowly, sometimes there is only one out of 4 employees! You order a card, go to the wardrobe. Everything here is like a Swiss watch! You spend a minimum of time, the queue of 5-7 people who came at the same time passes in a matter of seconds. You go up to the 4th floor on foot, go to the office of a specialist by appointment, but there is still no CARD!
I understand everything, we are all human beings, let's not make life difficult for everyone around us! They do not give patients "handouts", since the polyclinic is responsible for it, but!!! if the card is lost, then the patient himself will run through all the offices!!!! Complete brain drain!!!
Everything is sad.
They are real. When you want to improve your Health. Look into your pocket and into a paid clinic, otherwise you will lose more here than you will find 😆

I used to belong to this clinic. It's the worst I've ever seen. My card was chronically lost, and the temporary one and a half leaves that were issued were also lost. The head of the therapeutic department was an aunt who was fired in disgrace from another clinic for driving a patient to death. I tried to register for pregnancy there - I couldn't get to the doctor at all. Only five coupons were issued for the day, and by appointment in mid-September I was offered as much as the end of November. As a result, she lost her child in October, having failed to get an appointment. And to Mae's mom, the same elusive gynecologist brought an infection during a routine checkup without changing gloves after previous patients. And the grandmother of a young district police officer (who also had to wait for almost two days) with liver pain wanted to diagnose appendicitis (his grandmother was cut out 50 years ago). It is necessary to bypass such clinics per kilometer.
Repairs after the scoop have not been done. Electronic queues and oil paint on the walls))) something like that. A small parking lot behind the building +
It's quite a normal polyclinic, there are a lot of grandmothers in the queue to the therapist, of course, but this is typical for all polyclinics. But there are practically no queues at the women's clinic. I liked paid dentistry, the Immortal doctor is the best dentist in my life)), I did not know before that treating teeth can be so painful.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the unique surgeon Sergey Sergeevich Shut for the special assistance provided to me and wish further professional success and decent remuneration for his work, as well as to the medical department Thank you very much
I am satisfied with the work of the staff...it is good to introduce electronic cards into circulation to save doctors' time when making prescriptions...
