I've been going there for 20 years. I go to the store itself, but more often I specifically go to the cafeteria on the 1st floor. I like to drink tea, eat a cake or a hot dog, listen to the radio playing in the background and look at people passing on the street.
20 and even 10 years ago, it was as if there were more people and this created a special mood and atmosphere.

The lobby is spacious, with a mini-cafe, banquettes and thematically changing paintings on the walls. I love this place! A very charismatic cafe on the 1st floor and excellent GUM-style shops upstairs, where you can find everything. A nice dining room on the 5th floor, "for your own".
