The coffee shop is located on the 1st floor, formerly the Central department Store.Currently, the Europt chain store is located there. In the cafe you can drink coffee, etc.drinks.A large selection of cakes, buns, and sandwiches. But the most important highlight of this place is the Dream cake.It can be bought as a whole or a piece in the form of a cake. There are two types, one square and the other round in the form of a piece of roll.We asked the seller what the difference was, they told us that it was only in the form. The cakes taste like a whole Dream cake.I recommend you to visit, pay special attention to the walls in the coffee shop.
If you have forgotten the taste of childhood velkam !!!
A huge assortment of pies .
A big plus is the working time . When you're in the center of the city and you don 't have time to eat / you don 't want to, but you wanted something sweet before going to bed for tea or on the spot with coffee, that 's it!
The place itself is ordinary . There is no cafe atmosphere as we are used to now .
I went and bought it , stood near it , stared at the people passing by and that 's it .
It was the same in this store 20 years ago . Perhaps consistency is the key to success
I've heard a lot about this coffee shop. Therefore, the children, passing by, went to try the cake "Dream" and drink a milkshake "from childhood". The girl behind the counter was not in a good mood, it was obvious that she was tired of the visitors. It turned out that there were no milkshakes, we took a pie "Dream". I didn't feel the taste of childhood, just an ordinary pie. We never went into this coffee shop again.
It's not a bad place. Clean, beautiful, conveniently located. The interiors are simply fabulous. Moldings on the ceiling. A large selection of sweets and other things. The prices are not cheap! A very diverse contingent of buyers…
A good "point" with a branded Minsk cake and a basket. The coffee is decent. The branded cake is for 5+, but the basket is for 4. I definitely advise those who like to have a little fun :)
Cake "Dream". Yesterday, on February 23, we bought a Dream cake from you, at the Tsentralny supermarket. We were very disappointed, because we always bought this cake from you before and everything was fine. This time the cakes are very moist and too thick, and there is very little filling. I think that this time the manufacturer brought the ingredients and made it ugly. The last two photos show the obvious difference between the cake that came before.
The Dream cake is really delicious, be sure to try it. We took the other three desserts - we were not impressed, the usual ones. There is clearly not enough staff, the tables are dirty, the seller / bartender rushes between the storefronts, the queue is piling up. But the interior is 5+.
It's worth coming here for the interior of the cafeteria! And be sure to try the Dream Cake!

Every time I urgently need to go to Euroopt, I gather the courage to go through this terrible cafe store and through the smell of cockroaches. Coming out, even after 30 minutes, there is this smell on the hair and in the nose, which is difficult to kill with perfume!.....How long have I been walking there..I have not seen a closure for a sanitary day for 3 years .. That's why I never take groceries there...my imagination tells me that a lot of insects run through the cakes during the night... Well, the contingent there is not vip....There are state-owned coffee shops nearby, but there is also cleanliness!!! I do not recommend it if you do not want to smell of grease and dirt.
We ordered mulled wine... just the wine heated in the microwave, with a thin piece of apelsin and a small amount of spices
, the service is poor, the mulled wine was barely warm, the staff were not friendly. I had to ask to heat it up again, since it is impossible to drink
dirty glasses, doused with mulled wine from all sides and orange pulp
, the tables are also dirty, birds are flying right in the room
, in short, the institution left a bad impression, I do not advise you to come here and drink mulled wine
It's a very atmospheric place, but unfortunately, at the moment it looks more like some kind of eatery.
The "Dream" cake is the only thing that has not changed. Delicious as always!!!
I would like to put a higher rating, but my hand does not rise. The cafeteria remains of the Central grocery store. It was thought that at least he would be good and preserve the old traditions. But no, that didn't happen. The food consists of strange, expensive sandwiches and cakes. There are not even traditional potato pancakes or salads. There's nothing to eat. Although, it all used to be.
Of course, you can go up to the second floor at Euroopt and buy ready-made food there. But this is somehow wrong, and in the cafeteria the workers scold if you bring something from Euroopt.
Only a contingent of the old ones remained - intelligent-looking alcoholics living in the surrounding houses, waiting for a "freebie" in the form of old acquaintances or casual drinking buddies.
Unfortunately, the catering facility is disappearing into oblivion.
It used to be a place of worship, a concentration of former intellectuals. Nowadays, the cafeteria is of dubious quality.
The usual cafeteria of the Soviet era, but there were always very tasty cakes according to GOST, passing by I often bought them. But since Euroopt settled there, the quality has died. Cakes of steel with a disgusting taste, korschinochki on vegetable proteins, a roll and the famous Dream cake with a rubber sponge cake. 1 star only for the beautiful stucco on the ceiling.
The dream cake and the basket of mushrooms are very tasty.
The atmosphere of the past has been preserved - in addition to the interior, cognac drinkers at the counter have been preserved. Very cool
The Soviet cafeteria) is, of course, more or less modern. I like the atmosphere) maybe because the city center + nostalgia + history) there are colorful guests) and people are also photographing bas-reliefs there, probably restored from Soviet times
A low-budget cafe for people with below average earnings, plus add the opportunity to drink alcohol and here is the appropriate contingent for you ((( If you are not sure of yourself, it is better not to go in, they will squeeze something(((
The selection of sweets and drinks is great! Often both bakery and cakes are overdue, so they are very dry, which can be slightly choked)
Don't be stingy!!!
It looks like a typical Soviet store. I came for the sake of the Dream cake, which the guide advised me. The cake is like a cake, I tried it, I won't take it anymore. I liked the Potatoes more, they are very tasty, I have never eaten them anywhere. In general, it is a good place where you can try real Soviet cakes with a good composition.
5* only for the history, although there was always quite a good store and cafeteria, with a "smell", where the intelligentsia drinks high-temperature drinks every evening. The interior itself was preserved, preserved, murals, stucco, lamps, an atmospheric place. In the near future, a well-known chain will come to the place of this store, and there will be nowhere to go for groceries nearby. The history of the store has come to an end. Sorry
I was looking for something from my childhood, I didn't find anything, alas, the atmosphere of the scoop is there, but there are no delicious products,:(
A peculiar smell will hit your nose when you enter. It will surprise the unprepared very much and cause near gag reflexes and disgust, since the hall is a haven for travelers, the homeless, antisocial alcohol lovers or strollers around the city. Not every store in the city center can safely buy beer / vodka / cognac / boutique / coffee with balsam and immediately drink it in the best traditions of Soviet cafeterias. For people who grew up in the Soviet Union, this place will cause nostalgia.
There is a grocery store on the second floor, but in the best traditions of the Belarusian economy, thanks to the managers, it turns into a Euroopt (one of the worst chains of dirty shops with inexpensive products, but this is imho).
The store's feature is the DREAM cake. It's definitely worth a try.
In general, this is no longer a Central one, but a Euroopt. The layout of the goods remained the same, and the cooking remained. Well, the rest is the same as in other Euroopts) There is a coffee shop on the ground floor. Well, here everyone has their own, cheap and angry, if you want to drink and have a snack without showing off and maybe standing up, that's it)
The cake is very tasty. Tea bags are ordinary. There is a lot of dirt and no one cleans it. Someone spilled the juice. I wiped the table with solfettes myself, and there was a puddle on the floor for more than an hour and we left, but she stayed.
