Sberbank of Russia was withdrawn from the World card. The commission from any amount is 100 rubles, but up to 10000k. If it is more than 10 tr., then a different percentage. Interestingly, the Visa card was charged a commission of 150 rubles from the amount of 9800.
In short, it is somehow unclear how they calculate the commission here. Maybe you should go inside and ask.
