A wonderful store in terms of location, equipment, and interiors. The only drawback in this sense is a steep staircase to the trading floor: not everyone can do it. Is it really impossible to install an escalator in such a visited shopping facility?
But the main and easily removable puncture is the people who work in the trading floor. I understand that the product distributor is not required to answer questions, but there are no others who can be asked these questions in the hall. Today, for example, I asked where the Food & Go products that were placed in a separate refrigerator had gone. Today it turned out to be empty. The girl explained without a shadow of a doubt that they were all sold, and it was only by chance that I found them in the culinary department. Another time, when I asked about Lyakhovichi curds, the lady who was laying out the goods in the dairy department answered me rudely and indignantly: "We don't sell their goods!" Whereas they are almost always on delivery, and why the girl is outraged, I do not understand.
I have no complaints about the people at the self-service checkout. They are polite and will help if necessary.
A legendary place for Minsk residents. The best store in the 80s and early 90s. Today, on the 1st floor you can have a quick and tasty snack, drink tea, coffee or draft beer. And of course, to buy a very delicious, for my taste, "Dream" cake, which is made only here!
The store is located within walking distance from public transport, in the city center. On the ground floor there is a cafeteria, a small bar and a grocery department. There are places at the bar and you can also comfortably sit at a table. There are also ATMs and information kiosks. Euroopt is located on the second floor. There is also a cooking department, groceries and basic necessities. Convenient store opening hours. Attentive sellers. I don't use it often, but I like it.
