There are a lot of visiting people and there are few places to relax. The security service releases dirty people without tickets. And ticket offices sometimes stimulate a shortage of available seats by selling tickets more expensive or not selling at all..
The train station is the face of the city. And here there is dirt, stench, homeless people and devastation everywhere. The first impression of the city is disgusting. Then, when we went further to see the city, we realized that not everything is so deplorable and Kiev is very beautiful. But the train station is terrible.
There is always a shortage of seats in waiting rooms, and dubious individuals regularly sleep on them. The offer is to do it like in China, i.e. access to the hall is only by tickets. The exits to / from the Vokzalnaya metro station are always crowded - an additional exit from the metro is requested - as an option to the South Station or the high-speed tram.
Capital...railway station... but if you don't have an extra penny, then you will spend the night on the street, waiting for the train ((((although there is not a single bench on the platform...sadness
Everything is in a terrible state, it needs to be repaired as soon as possible. In 15 years, the station has become unrecognizably shabby. And the problems with interruptions at the box office remained: I stood in line, and the ticket office closed in front of your nose for those breaks. And in general, I do not understand why it is impossible to solve the problem with the outlines, in the modern world there are a million ways to solve such a problem.
Kiev Central Station is a very beautiful building, which is an architectural monument and combines the Central railway Station, the Southern Railway Station and the suburban railway station.
There are a lot of people! Just like in Moscow. All with bags. Suspicious individuals ask for money "for a ticket home." A day later, the station is "mined", people are driven out into the street. there is nowhere to park, everything is occupied by bombs. Escalators sometimes even work. The train station is like a train station, it's not dirty, there is a place to sit, buy water or a pie.

It is a very beautiful train station, but there are many marginal personalities. There is only one ATM nearby, which is constantly in a huge queue.
It is necessary to make a normal repair of all the premises of the station and normal navigation! It looks unsightly and neglected for the main railway station of the country....
The station is beautiful and accessible, the information board is affordable, the prices are reasonable, it's a pity that it is not duplicated in Russian and there are few free seats.
A historic building. They stole 2 passports in the subway. The police figured it out. They found it and returned it. In general, this is a typical metropolitan railway station.
If it had been rated minus five stars, I would have put it. Terrible conditions and complete indifference to passengers. There are a lot of steps everywhere and escalators are disabled even in those places where they are installed.
We arrived at 2 a.m. with a child from Vinnytsia. Our train was at 9.30 pm, that is, we had to wait almost a day.We didn't find a place to sit down. The guards did not immediately let them into the waiting room, which was open from 6.00 to 00.00, where it turns out there was a mother-child room.Although I had tickets on hand and a 4-year-old child. There were 6 shabby sofas for children in this room. This is the capital, with such a stream of people and 6 sofas!!!No one gave boiling water in the morning to somehow warm the child with tea, even though there was a kettle on the table.I was amazed by the conditions of my stay.Everything has been done to ensure that people pay money and go to the paid halls of residence. But what about those who do not have the opportunity to pay for just sitting at the train station to wait for a train with a child.
The taxi drivers at the station square have completely lost their nerve!!! The minimum price is 200 UAH, even to the left bank, at least 3 blocks away!
Terrible train station! The eternal problem with the escalator, those terrible steps to the platforms!!!Who came up with this? !After all, people with luggage, heavy suitcases go down and up experiencing hellish inconveniences!!!I have never seen such a stupid train station anywhere!Shame and a deuce 😠😠
there are a lot of "pickpockets", so you must not lose your vigilance for a minute, and during rush hour you can't go into the subway or a taxi can't drive up
The long-distance ticket offices were placed in the basement. It's not convenient.
The station itself, with its intricate system of entrances and exits, resembles a maze.
There are no signs where everything is, we went to one hall, but it turned out that this is a high-comfort hall and to buy a ticket, you have to pay 25 hryvnia separately. For a long time they tried to find out from the grymza cashier where to go so as not to overpay
The scoop is in its original form, everything is outdated, and pre-revolutionary. I would not have thought that such a thing could be
And once they painted that in a few years there would be a modern complex (
I often use the train station to visit my children. I liked the transfer of the ticket offices and luggage compartment to the basement under the station. No need to carry a suitcase in your hands, there is a descent down the escalator. And get up! On the last trip, I was late for the train, I handed in my ticket downstairs and bought a new one. The cashier works fine. Thanks everyone.
The train station itself is not bad, and the museum is good. But there is a contingent of people around the station.. - It 's dark , I haven't met so many lost and strange people anywhere.
Not all trains are indicated on the departure board on the ground floor, you need to make inquiries. There are no vending machines for issuing tickets purchased via the Internet.
It would be all right... But the impression was spoiled by the presence of an electronic scoreboard near the exits to the railway tracks exclusively on the upper level. Plus there are a lot of homeless people who spend the night in public places
An outdated building. No technical development. The station got stuck in the 90s. And the forecourt and parking lots with stops suck. Taxi drivers are terrible and so is their service.

The shadow of the former train station. The whole surrounding area is a homeless shelter. Vivat Klitschko!!!!
The information board is a curiosity.
We need more information on every corner.
Ticket printing machines are not working. Come in advance so that you can get a ticket and catch the train without swearing.
