The staff are louts! You need to call the master, here's the number for you, arrange it yourself. They want to turn off the Internet, they want to turn it on. I do not recommend this "provider", and Altair in general.
There is no technical support! The Internet was turned off on Saturday, there is no place to turn. Altair redirected me to the Central Service, but said that they were off, and the issue could be resolved only on Monday. I called, the phone was really turned off, they turned it on only on Monday at 11:00, while they immediately got rude to me, they didn't really explain anything, I can only leave a negative review!
