Nice hotel in the center of Batumi. The sea can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are renovated, cleaning is done regularly, the water in the room is replenished daily. Breakfast is also quite normal. We lived in room 404, and the refrigerator wasn't working, but we didn't need it. If the representatives of the hotel read the reviews, I think they will correct this fact. In general, I recommend it. The staff is polite and friendly.

Excellent location in the city center, within walking distance of all the attractions. Nearby there is a bus stop 10, which will take you to the airport and the botanical garden for 0.8 lari.
Everything is new in the rooms, the staff is excellent and ready to help with any questions.

A lovely hotel with delicious coffee from Mamuka in the morning. There are shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. It takes about 10 minutes to walk leisurely to the beach. What is valuable for car travelers, there is its own Parking.

a nice, cozy hotel. The room is freshly renovated, delicious breakfasts, 5 minutes to the sea through a park with a lake. Room cleaning is daily, water bottles, clean towels, bathrobes, slippers are always available.

The bed linen is crisp with cleanliness. The hotel is conveniently located in relation to the entire infrastructure. It takes 10-15 minutes on foot to the sea. The staff is very good-natured to all vacationers. The wonderful administrator Irina will help with any questions. Thanks to the kitchen staff - everything is very tasty and clean. Very nice women. The owner of the hotel is constantly on site, a very pleasant and helpful person. You can contact us with any questions- he always tries to help. If you go to Batumi again, then only to Tsereteli Palace. The score is 10 out of 10.

I ordered it at the booking office. Everything was confirmed and the number is exactly the one I chose. Upon arrival, you are settled by a sleeping watchman who just gives you the keys! The number is completely wrong. But come on, I don't want to find out anything at 5 a.m. I'm talking about the room for tomorrow, they tell me that for the price shown by the Booking, they will not provide the room, after some time of negotiations, they tell me that they will change the room, but I need to cancel the reservation and pay in cash... The service is fucked up! The room has never been cleaned in 4 days! The gas stations are not bad, the breakfast staff is great! The location of the hotel is excellent. Hello to the owner! As promised, I leave a review!

I was in October, so I chose the option not on the reverse line (the nights can be cool). In addition, the first line is not very expensive, it is far from the center. And this hotel is a block from the sea and within walking distance from the center.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, the rooms are spacious. Friendly staff. They had free rooms with a balcony and I was offered to change to it for free.
The breakfasts are a standard buffet but all the products are of good quality.
I think this hotel is very good for the price-quality in Batumi.
