A good church and a very good priest. A good man, humorous, understanding. We were at the baptism, he was sympathetic to the fact that not all of those present were 100% believers. He told interesting stories, held a baptism, and had a heart-to-heart conversation with those who wished. If all priests were like that, maybe more people would believe in God, and the world would be a better place. Not like in some other churches in Mogilev, where money and senseless and unquestioning adherence to fasts and other rules are more important, and not who you really are and how you act.
This is my favorite temple! There's a special place there! And of course, what makes him special is a human being! This is Father Nikolai! Here he really does not work, but SERVES God! This is his calling!
A beautiful temple, but strange traditions. There is a fee for a note (to commemorate health or for repose on the proskomedia and on the litany): 7 rubles, unconventional. In Minsk, in KG, for the same note, for the same amount of prayers, they just ask for a sacrifice - at least 50 kopecks. The priest is also an original there: He does not allow anyone except infants to receive communion if there was no confession in the church the day before. And he does not care that a non-local person who came to the liturgy could confess in another church or does not confess every week.
