A good hotel for a relaxing holiday. Nice pool, delicious food. The rooms are comfortable with a kitchen, but modest. The linen is clean. There is animation in the evenings. The beach is a 7-minute walk away. Very beautiful with white sand. The beach is called Landa Beach. The entrance to the sea is smooth and a little far at first, it's good with the kids. But we liked it too. We're all adults. If you need to go deeper, you can go to the right to Makronisos beach, deeper there. Nissi Beach is on the left. The sea is good, very gentle and warm. Perhaps this is one of the best places to swim. We were in August 2019. There is a water park nearby, but it is not cheap. It was too expensive for us, we didn't go. But it's very interesting there. The city can be reached on foot or by bus. Of the purchases, very good skin creams and inexpensive ones.
Nice hotel. A small area. Quite cozy. It's better to take a room on the 1st floor - it's much more convenient this way. The only negative, as it seemed to me, was the monotonous food.
There is only one plus - close to a good beach and a good pool
Cons - the apartments are frankly tired and creepy, there seems to be a kitchen, but only one burner on the stove works (when the second one was turned on, the plugs were knocked out). There is no extractor fan in the room, which is why it is constantly stuffy in it if the door is not open. There are few dishes.
The cleaning was a surprise every time - one maid mopped the floors, the other did not, one washed the dishes, the other did not.
Meals - breakfast: the same thing every day (bacon, eggs, bread, pancakes). Drinks for free (instant coffee, tea bags, yuppies)
Dinner - food is included in the half-board package, but drinks are paid for inadequate money (a tea bag in a mug of 2.5 euros)
Very expensive paid Internet
For a family that is necessary, the British, although noisy, do not particularly interfere. The beach is the best, the natural reef reduces the excitement of the sea to nothing, you can watch the children from the sunbed..... Not deep. Unlike nissi, it is very clean
I will leave my feedback about the rest at this is not the easiest time!
Tour operator Biblioglobus. The vouchers were bought 2 weeks before departure. Later, as the vouchers approached, the price increased 2.5 times.
1. Departure
The three of us (2 adults and a child) flew from Nizhny Novgorod (it turned out to be much cheaper than a flight from Moscow) by the airline Russia to the airport of Larnaca. The flight was delayed for 3 hours, but this is a familiar thing, especially now, when it is unclear what is happening with the travel industry. Very cheap prices in the duty-free zone, I advise you to buy alcohol home here. We were not fed on the plane, only drinks, everything is also clear and tolerable. The flight lasted 3.5 hours, when landing, we got very drunk, I thought that this would be the end of the rest))
2. Larnaca airport.
Upon arrival, immediately at the ramp, the airport staff very politely asked to show the documents (Flight Pass) and if there is a certificate of vaccination. My wife and I were both vaccinated, we indicated this fact when applying for a Flight Pass, so we were pleasantly surprised when, after looking at all the documents, we were politely told - Welcome to Cyprus! All those without vaccinations and children over the age of 12 went directly to the airport to take a PCR test. The price of the issue is 30 euros per person. We went straight to passport control and got our luggage. (Later it was found out that a PCR test before departure should not be done either).
3. Transfer
Excellent roomy bus, tinted windows, air conditioning, guide. Everything is at the highest level.
4. The hotel.
Since we arrived early in the morning, we thought that we would sit until 14-00 and wait for the keys. In fact, we were immediately checked in, everything was ready: the room, the keys, our cards. Very cool!
As everyone has repeatedly written, the hotel consists of 19 2-storey bungalows. In my opinion, this is very cool, each room has its own private entrance and balcony. There are 2 room options - one-room (studio) and two-room (it is more expensive). We took a studio room, we got a room on the second floor with a beautiful view of the pool)) The room itself is very large, with its own kitchen, where you can cook your own meals. The room cleaning was so-so, every day we changed all the towels and sheets and maybe wiped the floor a couple of times.
5. Food.
The food is very high quality. Meat of all kinds - pork, beef, chicken, fish, seafood.Everything is served with sauces, you can lick all your fingers. Salads, vegetables, fruits, specialty sauces, ice cream in the evening. It's hard to say anything bad, except that there was a disadvantage - there was no clear menu. Otherwise, of course, it's just super!
6. The sea and the beach.
This is probably the main trump card in the location of this hotel. A small remark - all the beaches here are municipal. Therefore, the price for a sunbed is 2.5 euros. Umbrella - 2.5 euros. But no one will say a word if you bring something to lay on the beach. The locals all do it, so do we)
When buying a sunbed or umbrella, you will receive a Wi-Fi password (bonus).
As for the beaches, there are 3 of them here (we look at the sea):
On the left is Nissi Beach
The center is Landa Beach
To the right is Makronissos Beach.
White sand, gentle approach, fairy tale)) I advise you to just search for videos on YouTube and you will understand everything for yourself! A paradise for photo shoots!
7. Gen.
The Internet here at the hotel is paid and unprofitable, since by paying for it you will receive a password from the Wi-Fi for only one person and you will not be able to "distribute" it to the rest. The way out of the situation is to leave the hotel and go to the right to the Makronissos Beach Market store and politely ask at the checkout to sell you a SIM card (2 euros) and separately ask to sell a package (for example - 15 euros - 5 GB) of Internet. You can insert a SIM card on the spot, they will help you activate it and after that you will enter a 16-digit code from the receipt to replenish the Internet package. Everything is online)
The water here is not drinkable, so I advise you to buy a 10 liter bottle of water in the same store, this is the cheapest way.
I definitely recommend trying the meat meze in the tavern. And where exactly, it's up to you to choose)) But it's worth a try!
To travel to Ayia Napa, you can take a taxi (10-15 euros, Mercedes limousine car, there are no other cars in the taxi here) or take bus No. 101 back to hotel No. 102. The fare is 1.5 euros per adult and 0.75 euros per child. The bus goes through the entire coast, so you can even get to Protaras. I advise you, you can't think of a better sightseeing tour)) You can also rent a car without any problems, the easiest way to do this is to contact a guide.
The schedule of the tour guide's visit to the hotel is posted on the reception. The hotel guide works perfectly, does not impose anything, tells all the nuances of rest very well, be sure to go to a meeting upon arrival.
9. Departure home from Paphos airport.
A small airport, with high prices in duty free. nothing special, the flight home was also delayed, so I had to sit at the hotel, on the bus, and at the airport))
10. The result.
Summing up the rest, I can say that everything went very well, I don't regret a bit that I went here. So the price-quality is right here!
The beach is close, across the street. But in season, the beach will be too small. The food is delicious, sometimes it is too salty, but the choice is decent. Very tasty pastries. Rooms with kitchens. The furniture and air conditioners are old. The mattress is 140 cm wide and double. All the dishes in the room are there to cook and eat. There is one nervous waitress in the restaurant, a blonde in black. He allows himself to make comments to the guests. Please report to the manager and she will leave you alone for the whole vacation. There is little entertainment for children. There are 2 slides and 2 swings on the playground. That's it. The animator is English. All animation is in English only. The kids' club is a shed that is open for 3 hours a day in the morning, when everyone is on the beach. In it, the Animator invites everyone to draw. If it rains, the minidiscoe is canceled because the scene is outside.
I really liked the hotel, the pool is huge, the food was good, there are different dishes for dinner every day. I'll be lucky with the cleaning, but it's not bad anyway. The cultural program lasted until 11 p.m., it was noisy for us to live next to the stage, we were moved deeper into the territory without any questions.
Wi-Fi is paid, you can connect only two devices to it, and then one at a time. But I suspect that it's about the same everywhere in Cyprus.
The sea is not far away, there is a sandy beach next to the hotel.
I was here with my husband and child in the summer of 2019. In general, the food here is good, it is very close to the sea across the road with little traffic. The hotel is cozy, as there are mini buildings and few neighbors) we want to come back again, because here is just the perfect beach!
This quarantine would have ended sooner. A great hotel for holidays with children. Good food, opposite a beautiful beach. The location is convenient for evening walks to Ayia Napa
I liked the hotel, the polite staff, everything is clean, the food is quite tasty and varied, the territory is well maintained. Of the cons, we were in April, it was cold to sleep in the room. Otherwise, I advise you)

A family-run hotel by and large. There are a lot of families with young children. Mostly Russians and British. Nice, green area, lots of trees, bushes, flowers. Large comfortable swimming pool. Delicious and varied buffet in the evenings, friendly waiters. Animation programs throughout the day and various performances on an open stage every evening are not boring. The rooms have paid Wi-Fi. And now about the disadvantages that do not allow you to give this hotel even 4 points. We rested in it 4 times. 3 times in September-October and 1 time in June. Three times after midnight, I was disturbed by other hotel guests. I had to go out and quarrel. 1 time it was Russian youth, 2 times it was foreigners. The hotel has no official rules and penalties prohibiting noise after 11 a.m. - the time when all loud events in the restaurant and on stage end. As a result, everyone can walk all night long, run around the hotel, yell, laugh, quarrel and jump into the pool. No one will tell them anything, because there are no guards at the hotel, at around 11 pm and until the morning, fragile girls are replaced at the reception by a little old man, who, naturally, will not get into any conflicts. As a result, the solution to the problems of night noise and lawlessness remains on the shoulders of vacationers. So, in June 2019, I had to "make suggestions" 2 times to a crowd of drunk Balts who stood under the door of our room, smoked, laughed and cursed until 4 a.m. That night I slept for 2-3 hours at most. Later I saw a young Russian mother complaining at the reception that she and her young child had not slept all night because of the British who had a pool party. To which the stone-faced concierges asked the woman to name the room where the rowdies were staying, because without knowing the number, the concierges cannot help. And in my situation, when I slept for 2-3 hours a night, the concierges said they would give the guests a warning, but they could not move them. Like that. The next drawback is the lack of mosquito nets on the windows. As a result, the rooms are always full of bloodsuckers (mosquitoes).
It is located far from the center of Ayia Napa, but close to Nissi beach! The hotel has everything you need, cozy rooms, an excellent swimming pool, a tennis court! I really liked it!
Nice hotel. Small cottages, delicious cuisine. Polite staff.

I liked it, we went on a burning tour last year - this is not the first line, but the beach is actually across the street, and the norms for adults (deeper than nissi beach, which is also not far to go). The food was delicious (buffet), everything was basic in the room, but the bathroom is clean and cleaning is regular, so there are no complaints. At night - without loud parties. A children's pool under a canopy.
The hotel is getting worse every year, it is not being repaired, it is more focused on the British, I can't advise, only the beach remains of the advantages
I am surprised by the reviews of this hotel. We were there in June. Upon arrival with two small children, there were no places to check in)) Hello the 90s! They said go to another hotel in the chain for 6 days (out of 16)
The food is cold, weathered. Drinks are yuppi. Crowds of screaming and drinking Englishmen.
