We lived in a house - it consists of two bedrooms and a large hall/kitchen, a bathroom and a bathroom.
Everything is clean, well renovated.
The technology is modern.
There was always light, water - cold, hot.
Magnificent view from the terrace - every evening we met the sunsets and admired the smooth surface of the turquoise lake.
The water in the lake is cool, even in August, but incredibly beautiful.
The breakfasts are hearty, delicious, and varied. It was enough.
Of the cons:
- terrible mattresses
- cold floor
- poor transport accessibility
I don't take off the stars, because the hotel is wonderful, but we decided the disadvantages on our own.

Having escaped from the stuffy Yerevan, we found ourselves in this beautiful and secluded place. Friendly and welcoming staff, well-maintained territory with playgrounds and gazebos. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers and a small beach on the lake shore. Beautiful views. In the morning, delicious and plentiful breakfasts are served (included in the accommodation) in the same restaurant you can have lunch and dinner, they cook excellently. There are local trout-Ishkhan and whitefish. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, even a kitchen😀 The weather in these parts is changeable, but you should not worry, there will definitely be sun behind the rain

A great place for a quiet holiday. A cozy, spacious, clean room. The territory is well maintained, there are gazebos, tables, sun loungers. There is a good playground for kids and a playground on the ground floor. The staff is very friendly. The food in the restaurant is great. Breakfasts are plentiful.

I definitely recommend this hotel. For a family holiday, that's the thing!! We arrived late at night in Tsovasar, and in the morning we were delighted with the view from the window... This is cool cool!!! Well-groomed territory, attentive staff, delicious food, amazing food and views ...

There is a small children's playground, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a table tennis area, a field where you can play ball, it will definitely not be boring! We are glad that we chose this place for our vacation!

We booked an apartment for 2 nights in early August.
The room itself is very spacious, all with lake and mountain views, we had the last fifth floor - the views are amazing. The territory is small, but very well maintained, pretty, there is nowhere to go outside the territory, only departure by car.
In general, everything is clean in the room, there is a kitchenette. But if you want tea, coffee, sugar, then you need to take it with you, only dishes are available.
What was missing: towels or napkins for wiping the surface in the kitchen, a table on the balcony, a bedside table and lamps by the bed in the bedroom. The water pressure is constantly jumping, the water temperature is also high, the fan in the bathroom seems to be running on a turbine, very noisy.
The location is calm, the lake is beautiful, gorgeous sunsets and sunrises.
The entrance to the lake is from the stairs.
The pool is cool, small, the water is acceptable in temperature. The lake is cold according to our feelings, the water even burns.
We really liked the breakfasts that are criticized in the reviews. Sausages, boiled eggs, omelette, scrambled eggs are offered from the hot. There is always cheese, greens, tea, bread, butter, jams, sausage, vegetables, waffles-cookies, compote, cottage cheese, ryazhen, yogur. Coffee is being brought. We were quite satisfied with 2 breakfasts. Everything is delicious.
And the most unexpected "stab in the back" turned out to be a restaurant on the menu. I even wanted to lower the rating even more, but it seems like a hotel is not only a restaurant.
The menu offers a huge range of grilled dishes: kebabs, fish, kebabs, vegetables. And there is no working grill/grill in sight. There are pipes in the kitchen, but for two days there was not a hint of grill aroma or smoke from there. That fish, that barbecue, that grilled vegetables, most likely, were grilled a month ago and are being heated in a frying pan. Moreover, the ordered fish is only in pieces, not whole, the pieces are all of different juiciness, we have not eaten such a terrible kebab anywhere! I'll fry it better on a grill pan at home. It's just a blow below the belt: there is a heated and terrible barbecue in Armenia for such money. Sausages for breakfast are a hundred times tastier.
We were very disappointed with the restaurant, we went along the lake to other places to eat, there, with a constant wind from the lake, the aroma of the grill / grill blows out and the food is much tastier. In general, the place is worthy of a repeat visit, but taking into account the food not in the restaurant of the complex.

The only hotel on the Sevan coast that has its own beach. A relaxing holiday, admiring the views of Sevan, relaxing.
The rooms are large and comfortable. The child lived on a sofa in a separate area in the room.
For some, this may be a minus, but for us it is a clear plus: there is nothing nearby, the hotel is isolated, you need to drive to the nearest shops and restaurants for 15 minutes.
Of the cons:
1. The issue of towels to the beach and to the room needs to be solved somehow - they do not happen periodically, which, of course, is depressing.
2. Something needs to be done with breakfast - a long wait for dishes, you do not know what and when they will bring you - it is very inconvenient. Plus mashed potatoes for breakfast??? This, of course, was unexpected. The people who bring the dishes are just running back and forth, forgetting something. It seems easier to make a modest buffet, it will be more convenient for everyone, and more economical.
3. The restaurant at the hotel is so-so. Most of the dishes are prepared for three. You can eat, but without pleasure. And if we compare it with restaurants in the city of Sevan, then in general the restaurant at the hotel loses a lot.

A very pleasant complex on Lake Sevan, the company rested in August 23rd. Excellent breakfasts, attentive staff, excellent location. We rented a cottage for 5 people, everything would be fine, but we did not like the mattresses on the beds, it was not comfortable to sleep. And very few dishes per company (one cauldron, plates and glasses). There is no tea, coffee, sugar!!!!
The manager of the Mountain complex will always come to your aid for any questions, we needed a thermometer and medicines for colds, everything was brought!!!! Thank you for a good rest!

This hotel has exceeded our expectations! My husband and I spent 4 days here - complete relaxation - after numerous excursions... The view of Lake Sevan and the Sevanavank Monastery was mesmerizing... The territory of the complex is very well maintained, the staff keep it clean, carefully take care of the plants... The cuisine in the restaurant is simply divinely good! Every breakfast we enjoyed new dishes, the assortment of jams was endlessly varied... and in the evening we ate incomparably cooked fish: whitefish, trout, sterlet... Here I want to especially mention the cook. I've never tasted anything tastier! The restaurant staff Nellie, Zoya and Sergey were also very friendly and pleased their guests... There are many places for photo shoots on the territory of the complex: gazebos, tables with armchairs on the lake shore, there is a nice pool with sun loungers. Ladders are provided for purchase in the lake. And it is also impossible not to mention the main manager of the Mountain, who does a lot for the guests of the hotel. He is a very responsible person and attentive to all the wishes of his clients. Thank you all for your hospitality! We will definitely come back.

Lovely polite staff of hostesses. The rooms have an interesting radial layout, windows and balconies of all rooms overlook Sevan. The plot is very small, surrounded by steppe, but it is perfectly planned. There are cottages on the plot. The restaurant is average, the meat is too expensive, the fish is fine. Entertainment is to admire the beautiful Sevan and swim in it, weather permitting. The pool has been cleaned with bleach, unfortunately. Advice to the owners - they need a shop (snacks and drinks)

We got a very good rest in this complex! The view from the apartment to the lake, silence, beautiful territory, beach and excellent cuisine! Thanks to the administrator, he was very attentive, met near the slag heap and helped in everything. It was very nice to receive a birthday present from the hotel and a compliment in the restaurant. Tsovasar Hotel is probably the best hotel in Sevan. One five-storey complex and four guest houses. We rested there at the beginning of the season, it's the twentieth of July, and the season there is short and lasts until the end of August. Although the locals claim that the velvet season begins there in mid-September. We lived on the fifth floor, with a very beautiful view of Sevan and the mountains. In the evening, the wind overcame a little, so you need to have warm clothes with you. During the day, the air temperature is about 23 degrees, the sun is almost not felt, there is no heat and it is very comfortable. Despite this, beware of sun treatments without cream, you can burn out within an hour. The water in Sevan is clean and about 18 degrees, but you can swim comfortably. If it seems cold, then there is a heated pool, although because of the night winds it cools down, and the water temperature stays around 24 degrees.
The territory of the hotel is not very large, but well maintained. Everything is thought out so that no one bothers anyone, there are enough sun beds for everyone, and beach towels are also provided.
The hotel's restaurant is located on the shore of Sevan. I would recommend trying fish and lula there. These are probably the most delicious dishes.
Rubles for drams can be exchanged in the mountains.Sevan, in the bank, at a good rate. It is better to make payments in local currency or with a Mir card, but there will be a small commission when using it. To get to the mountains. Sevan, you can rent a car with a driver at the hotel, who will take you to the bank and shopping to change money and buy everything you need. The cost of such a trip will be 6 drams. This is about 1.5 tr. The cost of a grocery basket is approximately equal to the same cost of a grocery basket in the nearest Moscow region.

Great for a family vacation in summer in Sevan. I was in April, there were almost no people. Apparently there is a full house there in the summer, and maybe everything is different. Own beach, restaurant (delicious). The room is not small with a kitchen, 2 rooms, comfortable. There is nothing to do there for more than 2 days in April. In the summer, it is probably possible to stay longer.

A secluded and quiet place.
We booked a room on September 20, and got a room with a STUNNING view of the lake. The room itself is large enough, there is everything for a comfortable stay. Because the weather was already cool and windy, the room was initially quite cool, which we informed the staff at the reception, after 5 minutes the issue was resolved (because heating is provided in each part of the room).
The territory is small, very well maintained and everyone will find something to do and where to retire.
Catering – there is a large restaurant on site with reasonable prices. The food is not to say that it is of a restaurant level, but it is not bad either (probably I would like a little better).
In general, I liked it very much (we stayed for 1 day, it would probably have been boring more).

We stayed at the hotel at the end of August 2022. We were lucky with the weather: not a single rain, air temperature: 28-30, water - about 23 degrees. Taking into account the fact that the hotel is located directly on Lake Sevan, the heat as such was not felt, because there is always a light wind from the water. We really liked the hotel: despite the small territory, there are benches, gazebos everywhere, there are swings, in general, everyone will find a place where they can have a great time. The restaurant is located directly on the shore of the lake, which enhances the pleasant sensations of delicious breakfasts. The food is inexpensive and very tasty, especially the fish. During the 10 days of stay at the hotel, we visited 7 excursions: we traveled to many interesting places in Armenia, including long-distance trips to Tatev to the waterfall and the cable car. I would like to say a special thank you to the manager of the Mountain: he made our vacation carefree and interesting:He helped us choose excursions and quickly solved all our minor problems. 😊

1) this is not a hotel, an apartment hotel. Do not count on cleaning and changing clothes
2) there is no washing machine (this is strange for appliances)
