I had the pleasure of visiting the charming hotel and restaurant on the shores of Lake Sevan in Armenia, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The picturesque setting is a feast for the eyes, and the warm and inviting ambiance makes it the perfect retreat.
The highlight of my experience was the delectable traditional Armenian cuisine served at the restaurant. Each dish was a delightful journey into the rich flavors of this region, leaving my taste buds in awe. From succulent kebabs to mouthwatering dolma, every bite was a delightful revelation.
The rooms at this establishment are incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect haven to relax and rejuvenate after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Lake Sevan right from my window was an unforgettable experience.

A beautiful and cozy place with good cuisine, clean coast / beach, little greenery, shade trees (especially felt in summer), prices are above average, clearly aimed at tourists, but locals also go, better than most similar lakeside places, close to the Yerevan-Sevan highway, there is a place for development.

It is worth coming here after a walk around Sevan to eat fried whitefish, trout, crab kebab with a beautiful view, intricate interior and equipped mini-beaches.
Everything we tried was very tasty. A separate discovery is a kebab made of crayfish, this is an opportunity to enjoy this delicacy without cutting and torment.
The prices are average, the service is a little slow, but there is no need to hurry in such places. This is the place for a substantial lunch or dinner.

We visited this restaurant in October 2024, stayed in a guest house with it. I didn't like the restaurant at all.
On the day of arrival, we came to have lunch and sat on the veranda. My husband ordered hash, and I ordered borscht. Our order was accepted, but after 10 minutes the waiters came and asked us to move to a separate gazebo, because hash can not be eaten on this veranda. We moved.
The table was not cleaned in the gazebo, we waited for the waiter for another 10 minutes so that he would check our order again. We were from the road and very tired, so we ordered soups, their serving in restaurants is usually the fastest.
But not in the case of these establishments, because only 15 minutes later the waiter came to us again to say that there was no borscht today. With grief, they brought us hash and some soup from the local cuisine, it turned out to be too salty and spicy, which I was not warned about.
I shared our impressions about this restaurant with the manager, but he did nothing but apologize.
Breakfast is also provided in this restaurant if you stay in a guest house. I didn't like the breakfasts either, because no vegetables at all succumbed to them, although I asked the waiters about it, the dishes are monotonous, in a word, I don't recommend breakfasts either.
My separate request is to ask the waiters to bring their hands in order, dirty nails do not contribute to appetite.

Honestly, I really wanted to get to this place. But the disappointment is complete. It seemed like it was a weekday and the tables were half empty. But the waiters couldn't cope at all. Everything was carried for a very long time. We ordered ice cream, waited a long time, and went to find out. It turned out that it was not available. We waited 40 minutes for the receipt, asked to bring it several times (we ate for an hour, carried the receipt for 40 minutes!!!).
For food, we ordered whitefish on the grill (it was wonderful), soup with horse shawl (delicious, but warm), summer salad (absolutely tasteless). We will not return 100%
My husband said to put 1, I put 2 for the whitefish. I did not see cordiality in the face of the restaurant staff, I saw confusion and ignorance of the menu.

We took kebabs, kebabs, assorted Armenian cheeses, tomato and cucumber salad, lemonade and baklava. Everything was delicious except the barbecue. He had bones and chewed badly.
Minuses:

They brought us a check with the total amount without dividing it into dishes. After reading the reviews, we decided to recalculate the amount ourselves. It didn't add up. The waitress was called. She confessed, with a dissatisfied look, that she had brought the difference.
In short, although it is cozy and delicious here, I would not recommend this place because of the attitude towards the guests. I understand that I want to earn more. But the deception strategy frustrates me.

The food is extremely tasteless... All the chairs could barely stand on their legs. Shattered and killed...

I don't recommend this place to anyone, you can't book a table in advance like we don't do that, you just get put where you can, it's half the trouble, the prices are just space! I didn't even close such accounts in the cheapest but rather decent restaurants in Yerevan, and there we were five of us, they took and drank a lot more, but here they didn't really take anything, three of us were well, for example, they ordered a lot more when they were sitting at Seven, I really paid at the entrance to Sevan exactly half of what was here, plus a couple of onions and greens on the meat, even this is not enough lavash, In a word, bypass this institution, I do not recommend it! 👎

We wanted to celebrate a birthday, called in advance and booked a table, agreed on a festive dessert, confirmed everything, asked for half an hour to call again to warn when we would arrive. They called.
As a result:
1. two dishes from the order were not brought
2. they tried to cheat, two bottles of wine were included in the bill instead of one. And they couldn't even change the account
3. There was no dessert or at least congratulations in words, they tried to remind about it and ask the waiters - zero understanding and did not achieve anything
As a result, the holiday is ruined.

It was the first time in Armenia and we decided to go to Lake Sevan. The lake is large, clean and transparent, they say it is cold, but near the shore there is pleasant water for the feet. Very tasty food at a local restaurant: crab neck kebab is something magical to taste!, whitefish, trout, and many more different things. Special thanks for the local ice cream! Magic! Mint with lime and raspberry! It would be possible, if they knew, to start with ice cream and Armenian coffee!!!
The situation is quite modest, sandy beaches and several sunbeds. But, a chic kitchen and pleasant communication with the staff levels everything up.

Ресторан чудесный. Красиво, уютно, отличный вид.
Потрясающее обслуживание - самый дружелюбный официант, которого мы встречали в Армении. Еда всем понравилась, даже вина с собой налили в кофейный стаканчик :)

The shish kebab from whitefish is not dry and not overcooked.
I liked the homemade dry red wine very much, the white one is sweet, for an amateur.
We are very happy with our family, even with sea buckthorn juice, which we don't eat in rush, in principle👍

Много людей бывает. По-домашнему вкусно. И как говорил царь Соломон, «человек должен есть и пить и получать удовольствие от своего труда. Это дар Бога». Приходя на ужин в этот ресторан, полностью почувствовали правоту этих слов. Думали бегать в магазинчик в посёлке, но в итоге кушали здесь и не пожалели. В меню много армянских блюд по приятным ценам. Для туристов самое то. Если живёшь в отеле, то можно взять и с собой.
От этого места остались самые приятные впечатления. Вернёмся сюда ещё...

Севан, форель, отдых, шикарное место. Можно многое сказать. Но думаю жто будет лишним. Просто шикарное место. Кухня в ресторане очень вкусная, порции большие, наедаешся до отвала. Всем спвсибо за шикарные вечера.

Мы хотели поехать в знаменитый у Семо, но у гида был иной маршрут, и нас уверяли что тут прекрасно. Обычное место ,на берегу ресторан, обслужили быстро, еда очень обычная, мы пробовали люля из Раков( если бы я не знала из чего, подумала бы что курица)- ну норм, форель сухая ,почему то не цельная рыба а какая то кусками и у меня было ощущение что там пол рыбы)))), ну реально мало… вообщем попробовали , хорошо что не огромный обед заказали, а чисто на дегустацию. Итог на 2 человека: 1 пиво, 1 чай, 2 люля из рака, 1 форель- 23650 драмм около 5000р честно не стоит это того

Сервис нулевой. На улице +13, сильный ветер. Думали зайти в этот ресторан перекусить. Место показалось красивым. Зашли в ресепшн - спросили есть ли места в ресторан. Ресепшионист сказал что можете сами пройти поспрашивать.
Окей. Зашли в первое помещение - народу много, официанты очевидно заняты, но никто даже особо не отвечал на вопросы. Приходится вылавливать человека и явно спрашивать - есть ли место? Обычно ответ - нет, можете поискать в другом помещении. Окей, идём в другое помещение, пытаемся поймать другого официанта - говорит "сейчас посмотрим" - что-то смотрит на компьютере и затем полный игнор, будто нас не существует. И так несколько раз.
Не понятно, что было сложного в том что бы отработать хотя бы на минималках:
- сказать "у нас сейчас полная посадка, извините" - и всё. Вопросов бы не было
- посмотреть на компьютере свободные места, сказать что-то в виде "извините, полная посадка, подождите 20 мин и будет вам место" - но тут тоже никак отработано не было. Полный игнор. И это при том что на улице было холодно и хотелось бы найти какое-нибудь укрытие или вернуться в машину, мы просто потеряли время.
Никому не рекомендую.

Нам порекомендовали это место,приехали с далека с детьми,я была разочарована,обслуживание на нуле, официантов надо ловить чтоб заказ сделать,2-3 официанта на все заведение, заказали картошку фри детям в итоге принесли жареную картошку🤦♀️,цезарь салат отвратительный мясо холодное застывшее ощущение его с вечера готовили ,майонез ужас сухари как с упаковки (3 корочки).Руководителю внимание нужно обратить на персонал,обслуживание, одним видом на севан сыт не будешь.

Всё было очень вкусным. Если сесть на веранде, то открываются живописные виды на Севан.
Не очень понравилось только то, что при оплате счёта официант вернул меньше сдачи. Вероятно, потому что остальная часть сдачи пошла в чаевые. Я и сам собирался оставить чаевые, неприятно то, что официант взял их без моего согласия.
