I bought shoes at a discount for 132.20 rubles (without a discount, they cost about 190.00 rubles). I wore it 2 times for 30 minutes - a bunch of black calluses (low-quality paint), defects formed on the material under my fingers (like it was twisted or something). She brought the change - a lot of complaints ABOUT ME!!! Wait 14 days..OK, I'm waiting - A REFUND HAS BEEN REFUSED! - I'm going to write an application for an examination...
All normal stores have been making refunds for a long time as soon as they see that there is a defect and the person brought the shoes for a reason.
Tsum is SOMETHING! I'm not going to buy warranty items there for any price anymore.
