I am a guest of Belarus. When I am here, I am happy to visit the wonderful TSUM store. 09/15/23 I visited the cosmetics department, where an unprofessional seller Petukhov S.S. not only behaved in a habitual way, she also threatened me for writing a complaint against her in the book of complaints and suggestions! Petukhova made a mistake when paying for my product - she allegedly punched me with someone else's bonus card for the product. Instead of apologizing and explaining what was going on, she began to demand that I attach my bank card to the payment for the second time. As a result, I demanded to give me checks and my goods, since Petukhova was in no hurry to do either. She actually threw the product at me. Then I demanded to invite a senior in the department, who asked me to present a book of complaints, since Petukhova interfered in our dialogue with the senior. I had to leave the department because Petukhova was acting aggressively. After 7 minutes or more, I was finally provided with a book. When I started writing a complaint, Petukhova jumped out of the department and began shouting: "Write your place of work and address, I will come to you to figure it out!". I think that Petukhova should not work in a department store, which is the face of the city! Such actions are unacceptable and definitely do not increase the store's rating! Please consider my complaint an official appeal.

A good store. Everything is there. Very good promotions often take place. There are many different related services: photo, watch and mobile phone repair, copy center, key making, etc. But the main thing on the second floor is an excellent repair of umbrellas, suitcases, bags, belts, zippers, installation of buttons and much more. We don't have such a high-quality repair anywhere else in the city, that's for sure.

And the biggest disadvantage is the location on the ground floor of the Troika store, from where the most unpleasant smell of fish, rotten meat, rot is constantly coming. I think the management will pay attention to this soon.

I decided with my girlfriend to take shelter there during the rain. There were a lot of people in the aisle and we couldn't get in there.
Cherpachek almost stole the gum from the store on the second floor, but we quickly noticed everything and did not let it happen.
Unfortunately, the elevator to the 4th floor does not go, but I would like to.
The toilet on the 3rd floor is too small, when there are a lot of people in the aisle, it is not possible to go to the sink.

The Store Is Good. I often use it myself.There are discounts for cardholders, as well as discounts for pensioners. It seems there are still discounts (Wednesday or Thursday) I don't remember exactly. + there is a Grocery Store on the ground floor (Troika- Sadko) one of the Cheapest.
There are also currency traders who have been standing since the 90s . NO ONE DRIVES THEM, THEY ARE NOT FINED. SO THEY PAY THE LOCAL (authorities or police)
