At 18:45 I wrote with a request to collect a bouquet, to which I received a positive response, subject to late delivery and that I would remind myself at 20:00. I agreed and after writing at 20:00 to ask if everything was in force, I received the answer "no". I found out at 20:00 that they had a load and the time I was waiting for was wasted by me. Now, as a result, it is 20:30, and when there are few places where you can buy flowers, I have to spend more time to find those from whom you can order. I RECOMMEND NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND EVEN MORE MONEY ON THE PURCHASE OF BOUQUETS IN THIS STORE. You can be among those who have had their holiday mood ruined.

I came to this store for a bouquet for my mother, said that I needed fresh flowers, a good bouquet, on the spot with me the girl collected a bouquet, saying that all the flowers were fresh and had just been brought, told how to take care of them so that they stood longer and pleased my mother, but alas and ah.... the flowers withered the next morning , despite the fact that they were far from the battery and were taken out to a cooler room for the night. The bouquet cost 86.00, not a little at all.... It was very upsetting....I will not advise anyone, more PR than quality and good attitude to customers.

We made an order for a specific composition of fresh flowers (they stipulated that the flowers would be the same as in the photo, that is, a bouquet according to the store's photo), a week before the event. At the same time, the consultant took a phone number to call in case of anything. On the appointed day, I came for a bouquet and it turns out that there are no certain flowers that should have been in the bouquet and the girl who collected it decided to replace them at her discretion (they replaced the orchid with an eustoma) and in general the composition already looked different from what was stated. They suggested adding an orchid by pruning it simply from the flower stalk from the orchid into the planter. But these are two different things. The store's assortment is large, but judging by the result, the service is lame, then why do you take the phone. I will not apply again.
