If you want to spoil the holiday for yourself, I recommend this company to your friends and family. The order was made and paid 3 days before the scheduled date, and the time of delivery of flowers was agreed upon. Not only did the flowers arrive not at 10 a.m. as agreed, but at 7 p.m., so the flowers were not the same, they refused to take a picture of the bouquet before sending, it was impossible to get through, no one answered messages in Viber, the courier did not even apologize for the 9 hour delay. My nerves were frayed and my mood was killed. This company can rightfully engage in spoiling people's holidays. It's just a shock. It's a shame!

I had experience working with this floral point.
I wanted to make a good present to a very nice person, but unfortunately the gift did not last two days.
The communication took place via Instagram, I did not notice any interest from the florist, or to be more precise, I did not notice the banal identification of the need and clarification of who we are collecting the bouquet for.
I wanted a composition of peonies and peony-shaped roses and it seems like everything was discussed, I paid for it, but the final composition turned out to be ordinary bush roses.Okay, everyone is wrong, maybe they didn't catch up and didn't ask again, not deadly, but unpleasant... Look at the condition of the flowers after one night, just without comments.
I do not recommend cooperation, past reviews are an example of that. To throw stale flowers, to wrap them beautifully is now called "Floristry"
Upd:I re-ordered the flower arrangement in another place, brought a more interesting and fresh composition for the same budget👍🏻

The service is disgusting. When clarifying the order, they could not find it, after the delivery time expired, they called the store - they just got rude in response and said that they were not going to deliver the order, arguing that they had problems with the florist and delivery. The order was paid in advance two days before the day of delivery, no one called and warned that there were difficulties.
