They made a bouquet of what they had to and took it away. Nothing was agreed upon, apologies were not brought in time. I spent 2 hours of time and nerves figuring out the situation. Or you could just initially say that such a situation has developed and decide together with the client what to do. More than an hour after the time when the delivery was supposed to be, I began to write and call them myself (I made the order through WhatsApp, since I am in Russia). They promised to send a photo report as a result of trshin. Until she started sounding the alarm herself, my order is not being delivered.They didn't even offer a discount. And they write that the high level of service. I do not recommend relying on them! Irresponsibility and lies. The bouquet may be nothing in the end (although, of course, the collective farm, everything is different and similar from different supplies), but it is not at all what we expected and agreed on, and the attitude towards customers is disgusting.
