We had previously agreed on a box and flowers of the same color, and when I came to pick them up, I found a completely different box - instead of pink, green. No one informed me beforehand, did not warn me, if I had known this in advance, of course I would have refused, but they did not specifically inform me knowing that I would pick up the order at 8 a.m. and there would be no time to refuse.....Terrible precipitation, and it's on Mother's Day!!! I do not recommend it unequivocally, According to the law on consumer protection, they are obliged to report changes....
Apparently the owner is not interested in making money. It's not the first time I've come across a tech break when you run in for flowers. But today I urgently needed 4 carnations, and so the mood is not to hell ... no phone numbers, not on the doors that are closed or those. break just the door is closed. There are two numbers on the site, one is unavailable and the other is NOT responding. Disgusting attitude!
3 stars because on February 14th the delivery came in black paper.. I understand that everyone has their own taste, but I think it's necessary to clarify this with the client or not to do it at all during the holidays. The flowers are good. Let's see how it goes in the process... minus the appearance of the packaging ( (the one who placed the order did not ask to do this). After all, it's a festive bouquet.
