Recently I stopped by at night to buy a bouquet of roses (they were not the first freshness on the counter), but since there was no time to look for another store, I bought it here. The next day, the bouquet lost its appearance (pruning, deep vase). The appearance did not cause delight, the flowers lost their appearance greatly overnight. I contacted this store with a request to somehow compensate for the spoiled appearance of the bouquet. The owner of the store went to a meeting and offered to replace the bouquet. I give a rating of 5 for the attitude towards the buyer.
Hello. I bought tulips for my wife on March 8 at around 7 a.m. I bought a ready-made bouquet of three tulips in sequins (I thought it would be more beautiful that way), in the end we almost got divorced, as it turned out that they had already wilted.
