I bought a bouquet for my mother at the point (not an online order) on March 8, 2024 at about 12 p.m. The bouquet contained chrysanthemums, bush roses and gypsophila. Roses have already dried up or withered on March 9th, and on the 10th, less than 2 days later, a chrysanthemum crumbled - 25 rubles for one flower. It's a shame, especially since the bouquet is not for anyone, but for mom. This is not her first bouquet in her life and this day was not the only one, so she knows how to take care of it, and it has never been like this. I went to the store on the 10th after lunch, outlined the situation, showed photos, hoped for customer orientation from the store and from its representatives, some kind of proposal to solve this problem. And in response, silent pauses, an indication to the refrigerator that everything is there (of course, fresh flowers were brought after the 8th, they are there). To my remarks that I did not know that the flowers were poured into the water in the store, that they were in the refrigerator, that there were already new fresh flowers there (the roses were already different), they replied that they did not add anything, silence about the refrigerator, about roses, that they did not throw anything away, And those roses are sold out. Well, yes, it is noticeable from the bouquet that they do not write off / throw away, but slip this non-condition. As a result, the seller did not offer anything, and in general said that I was the only one so unhappy that they had not had this before. I went to leave a review and I see that I am far from the first. Even here it's a lie.

Cons: in two days I made an order with delivery in the time interval: 10:00-12:00. At 12:16 I contacted an employee of the company to find out at what stage my order is and he informed me that the bouquet was not delivered because the recipient did not get in touch. I immediately sent another contact of the person who was at the destination and in response received a message that the courier was busy and it was not known when he would be released.
The question follows: Why wasn't a call made to me? I would have sent another contact. Although I was 300% sure that the recipient was at home. It turns out that if I hadn't contacted, the bouquet wouldn't have been delivered at all? Plus, the disregard for customers, after reading my messages, the answer was not given immediately, although it was clear that my message had been read. In general, I have been working out in this office, a lot of nerves spent, I will make orders in other salons and I do not recommend it to anyone. Although maybe my order was not expensive, only $ 80?!
