They sell flowers, but the order system is very strange.
There are positions on the site that have the status "on order". The prices are very pleasant. When choosing this position, the operator informed that delivery is expected and the order can be discussed after the flowers arrive. Of course, no one contacted me and I wrote about our preliminary agreement myself.
As a result, the prices are different and the flowers are too. They also reproached me for making the wrong choice.
I consider it unacceptable to approach the buyer from the position of "the fool himself".
He wished to deceive customers less.
And all customers should be more attentive and less trusting when visiting this site.

A terrible attitude towards the buyer, it is called just to get involved. I called beforehand and clarified the availability and freshness of certain flowers, and asked again upon arrival. The answer was obviously "fresh." I am not a florist, I do not understand the timing of freshness, that's why I came to a specialist for advice and help in choosing flowers. They looked normal. Bottom line: less than a day later, they began to rot and turned black. I contacted the store with this question, to which they replied that I do not know how to take care of them (I repeat, less than a day has passed).

I ordered flowers through the website on February 14th. The delivery was supposed to be before 22:00, but the flowers were sent by courier after 22:00, and then only after repeated calls. It's terrible, I won't order any more, and I don't advise anyone, especially on holidays. Orders and payments are taken immediately, but they cannot fulfill the volume. I didn't see the bouquet I expected to see, but there is something similar.

I ordered delivery to the address of 41 roses. Insanely satisfied. The flowers are very fresh and smell very strong. All are beautiful and neat, all are smooth, cut like a ruler. The quality is above all praise.

My husband ordered flowers on February 14 and specified the delivery time from 18:00 to 22:00. For several reasons, I was in a bad mood that day, so my only hope was for delivery - still, I was expecting a bouquet of flowers that was supposed to cheer me up. As a result, after waiting until 10 p.m., tired and upset, I went to get ready for bed. An hour later, the courier still brings the unfortunate bouquet and asks me to go downstairs, although the delivery is indicated at the door. I had to go downstairs in my pajamas (in shorts) after a shower and open the doors (it's about -10 outside). When asked why they didn't go up to the floor, he was rude and left. At home while unpacking the bouquet (it was in the shipping paper) It turns out that the wrong flowers were delivered. It would be nice if they were just a different color - they were very small, they didn't look good in the bouquet, and the bouquet didn't pull for their money. I often take my friends and teachers on the same budget and I know how a bouquet can look for that money. But I was very disappointed here.
In the morning, they called from the flower shop to ask if they liked everything, they replied to my complaint that they were only ready to replace the bouquet with another one, and take the unsuccessful one. But what's the point of this substitution? Do they think that I will put new flowers in a vase, look at them and be happy? The mood was already bad, and the bouquet, which arrived late and turned out to be disgusting, finally finished me off. Instead of saying thank you and enjoying the holiday, I cried all evening - and the bouquet was the last straw. By the way, the replacement turned out to be just as bad - the same small flowers that did not look good in the bouquet, but in a different color and already in paper. In general, I am attaching a waiting photo, what was brought (white) and what was replaced (in paper). We don't order here anymore, although we offered a HUGE discount (according to the staff) of 15%, instead of 10%, which is "for everyone"

I strongly advise against ordering flowers. I ordered on the website myself, so I'm only talking about online ordering, I can't judge what happens in the store. On February 14, I ordered flowers for the girl on this resource with delivery from 18 to 21 pm. The order was accepted and promised that it would be delivered on time. But at 20:50 I had to call myself because they didn't even bother to inform me about the delay. They asked me to get into their position, because they have a lot of orders. After I asked if this was considered the norm for this store, the girl from the call center said that right now she would ask me to start collecting my order. It's 22:15, I'm writing this review, which I usually don't do, but there are still no flowers. My girlfriend went to bed. The holiday is ruined(
In general, I do not recommend this site and this store, especially for prepayment. If you order, prepare to be left without a festive mood. And flowers.

The flowers are not bad, the assortment is not bad, but there is a complete feeling that you are very disturbing the saleswoman with your arrival. It goes down after about 5 minutes, while the bottom is dirty and untidy. Flowers cannot be viewed and selected, "look through the window." As if you're not going to buy a bouquet, but are going to steal it!
I will take 19 roses somewhere else, where the seller does not give a damn about the buyers.
