The store is terrible. Management and employees do not know how to sell at all.
We ordered a tumble dryer. The manager made a reservation for us until Monday and promised to send us a link to apply for a loan / installment plan. We were ready to pay immediately, but since there is already such an opportunity, we decided to take advantage of it.
A few days later, another manager contacts us and he doesn't even know that someone is communicating with us. But at the same time he assured us that we have a reservation. An hour later, the same manager writes to us that allegedly with the order of the head, they sold this machine to another person who paid for it and apologize.
I work in sales myself and have contacted other stores more than once. The reserved product cannot be sold. But this company apparently doesn't know about it.
I do not advise anyone to go there. No wonder there are a lot of bad reviews about them. The leadership is a disgrace.

I do not recommend this store, on Saturday the product was booked on the site of the hotpoint dsh 725 h, the product was in stock, the manager wrote that the order was in stock in the amount of 1 piece, we decided to pay on credit, the manager said that the reservation was ours and on Monday they would drop a link to apply for a loan , on Monday another person contacted, I also got annoyed that the reservation was for us , as a result, we were sent well after an hour, in general, this office is not serious, they just threw us, sold our reserved goods to other people, we had money to pay for it, but there is a loan option on the site, we wanted to choose this option, so think about whether it's worth buying from them Or not

The product was delivered a day late.
The packaging is in terrible condition, because they played football with it. It's torn in several places.
The car itself has a bent wheel, apparently from a blow.
They refused to replace the product, only a refund. Considering that there are a couple of days left until the new year, it is clear that it will be problematic to find a similar product.
