A normal hotel. Not far from the beach. The breakfasts are edible. The rooms are spacious. The only negative thing for me was that there were no beach towels. There were only beach mats.
We lived in a new building. The rooms are nice but the cleaning is for 3. The staff is friendly. Thais are very friendly. There are many pools. The breakfasts are monotonous.
We stayed at this hotel for the second time in a new building, the room was comfortable, cleaned every day, the staff was hospitable, the breakfast was appropriate, not far from Kata beach.
The towel is changed almost every day, which cannot be said about the bed linen.
We stopped by for 21 days. Two weeks later, they began to guess that they had not changed the bed for a long time.
They asked the reception to replace it. As a result, only the duvet cover was changed: it really shone with beauty. The old pillowcases were removed and the new ones were not laid. How is that even possible? But the main thing was waiting just before bedtime. It feels like the sheets were changed, but they took the old one from another room, and then they rolled on the floor and then stepped on it. There is no other way to explain it.
A couple of times, towels were also brought that had not been washed, but at least it can be seen that they are clean. And the old ones are not always taken away. They were given away and replaced.
For some reason, this time they didn't even give out coffee, as before. It's like they took revenge on us for asking us to change our underwear.
We'll figure it out tomorrow.
A cozy hotel, ground floor rooms with direct access to the pool, breakfast is monotonous. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. There are a lot of different cafes with local food around.
The hotel has a very greedy owner. Non-working safes are changed at the expense of the guests. In our room, it could not be opened with any key that was at the reception. As a result, we were fined 8,000 baht with the wording "you broke the brains of the safe." As a result, it was opened in a barbaric way - with a Bulgarian. I had to pay in order not to spoil my vacation. But the hotel employee assured us that our money would buy a new and modern safe.Don't set foot here anymore. And I don't advise you either.
We stayed at this hotel 2 times. I really liked the breakfasts. The buffet is very tasty. Breakfasts were more like lunches). The staff is polite. The rooms are old, the linen is also old, but everything is always clean and dry. Our room was far from the pool. This is a big plus. There are a lot of mosquitoes around the pool in the rooms, especially in the evening, and it is always noisy. Therefore, I advise you to take the rooms further from the water. The location of the hotel is good. The beach is 5 minutes away.
The hotel is good, there is one big one, but they take a deposit in local currency and give it only at check-out, otherwise they liked everything and cleaned the room every day and the breakfasts are good
A cozy family-run hotel.
The beach is a 7-minute walk away.
There is a lot of fresh fruit for breakfast.
Exchangers and 7/11 are nearby.
There are many cafes within walking distance. There is a small market nearby.
Thais are lazy people, but friendly and friendly. They won't change the linen themselves and they can forget about the water and toilet paper. You just have to ask and they will do everything, but without rudeness and aggression.
The hotel is perfect! Both in terms of location, service and services provided. The room was taken as a two-room family room with a view of the pool. It was convenient to watch our children from the balcony when they were swimming without us. Kata and Karon beaches are within a 5-minute walk. Nearby there are cafes for different tastes and wallets, and shops, and makashnits and exchange offices and even a market nearby. The breakfasts at the hotel are varied, the choice of dishes is huge! I liked everything, we will definitely come back here again.
A good hotel, has its own swimming pool, convenient location, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, a 15-minute walk to the beach, not far from the local market where you can buy fruits and souvenirs.
Basic cosmetic repairs have not been done. The elevator somehow.
Normal sleep and rest are hindered by the constant noise of water in an exceptional reservoir inside the hotel!
The breakfasts are excellent🤗
The beach is not far away)
We just got back! We rested here for the second year in a row! A great hotel for a family of four. The location is excellent: 5-7 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace. Nearby there is an abundance of cafes for every taste and budget. Including Russian cuisine. 7-eleven and family marrkt are welcome, as well as the exchanger with the most favorable exchange rate in the district. The hotel's swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Or rather, there are three of them. There are several themed parties during the week: BBQ, suchi, etc. All accompanied by live music. Behind the wall is the new Pamukoo Hotel with a small water park. We went, visited, no one stopped us or kicked us out. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Special greetings and thanks to the reception managers ZAW and Angelina.
Excellent hotel for family holidays, large rooms, good breakfast

It all depends on which building you get into . On the day of settlement, they said there were no places in the new building and that they would be relocated tomorrow . On the next day , they started asking for money at 4000 per day . They stayed in the old building , wonderful fish swam below , but you can't sit on the balcony in the evening because flies or mosquitoes fly and bite . Closer to departure , tourists told us that they were moved for 8 thousand to another building for 10 nights . The air conditioner is noisy, with the windows closed, you can hear the music that plays in the bars in the evenings. Tomorrow is normal , you can always find something to eat
I really like this hotel! Especially the Thai-style rooms with a huge terrace with access to the cool pool!!👍🤗 Not far from the beach, but at the end of the street and therefore the hotel is quiet and peaceful. Russian-speaking managers work at the reception during the day, which helps a lot in communicating with the staff and the local population. In the evenings, there is live music and a delicious dinner at the hotel. We stopped 2 times, we'll probably go again😉
Ohhh! Cool hotel! We got here by chance in March 2019, we vacationed in Phuket on our own, saw a big discount on a room with access to the pool (Family, 2 rooms, 1 huge bed and 2 medium ones) at the Booking or on the Agoda + Breakfast is included! The price is 2500 rubles! We enjoyed staying here for a couple of weeks!
The only thing there was a renovation in a nearby hotel. But nametov didn't bother much.. only during the day, sometimes the daughter could not sleep. But we put her in a stroller, a couple of laps around the territory and she was asleep))
A good option.
Even considering that the hotel is far from new, the hotel is undoubtedly good. The location is excellent, we were going to relax with a child, and we were very satisfied that we reached the beach in 7-8 minutes. With a small territory, there are three swimming pools, although one is designed for the first floors of the rooms, where their guests mainly swim. There is a nice pool with a slide for children, and a pool for adults where you can swim. The pools are always clean, we have seen for ourselves how to keep an eye on them. There is a kids' club for at least some entertainment, but don't expect much from it. Just watch cartoons in the evening, but at least something, and it's not so common in Tae. Another good quality of the hotel is that the rooms in it, although not new, are large, and can accommodate a large family. Moreover, there are also connecting rooms, which is also not bad. Our room had a kitchenette with a microwave, but it was not useful to us. There is a large balcony with a huge table and chairs, it is convenient to have dinner if you take dinner with you to the room. There are mosquitoes, we took a mosquito repellent lamp, put it on the balcony, and brought it into the room at night. You need to take a remedy for them, there are not very many of them, but there are. The cleaning is good, but they will not change the bed linen and towels if they are not thrown on the floor. Water, tea and coffee were brought every day. We rented an orange car phuket car (enter into Google, we booked directly on the Internet) because taxis are expensive. And the most important thing is the developed infrastructure around, which is exactly what we were looking for. And they found it thanks to the travel agent Dmitry Kukin. You can find it by logging into the social network.the Vkontakte network, and register his name in the search for friends. I picked up exactly what I was looking for, and I was pleased with the price, I was able to offer a price lower than the tour operator. I liked that we were warned about all the nuances of the hotel, so we didn't have any problems. On the way to the sea there are many cafes where you can eat inexpensively, there are massage parlors, shops, in general, any desire to choose from. Since most cafes open late, it is worth taking breakfast at the hotel. We liked the breakfasts, and the child can be fed, and there was a choice for us. The most ordinary ones, but it's enough for us. Omelets, pastries, cereals, fruits, coffee or tea. There were salads too. Rice, potatoes, but we like lighter food for breakfast, so everything was fine with us. The staff mostly speaks neither Russian nor English, but there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. We didn't go on excursions, to the big Buddha ourselves, or to the nature reserve, but most of the time we just lay on the beach. The hotel is very suitable for a family holiday, especially if you take into account its cost.
We were at the hotel at the end of February 2020. We liked the hotel. The staff is hospitable and helpful. During the day, Russian girls sit at the reception. The breakfasts are passable, but the choice is not that big. Moreover, there is something to compare it with. But if you don't dig in, you definitely won't stay hungry. The rooms are not always cleaned, you need to remind the administrator. The only thing I didn't like was that the bottom of the children's pool is sandy. Because of this, when the children are there, the water is cloudy. On the last day, our stay there was completely closed for repairs. The hotel is not new, but it is not shabby either.
Yes, there is a construction site near this hotel. But it didn't bother us at all, as there were many many excursions and outings from the hotel. In general, the hotel is not bad, I was pleased with the individual exit from the room to the pool. Linen was changed and cleaning was carried out daily. We had a rest in August, it's generally beautiful, it's not crowded!! There were French, Germans, Spaniards. There are a lot of cafes and shops with delicious Thai food around! Mmmmm!! The sea is just around the corner, 3-5 minutes walk. In cafes where there is a Bob Marley poster, you can also take a chicken) krasotaaaaaaaaaa❤❤❤❤❤❤
