Terrible attitude towards the client.
Moreover, Tucano Coffee regularly forgets (although it may not be necessary) to say that they have an application where bonuses are awarded. So even after mentioning that I have an application and I want to show the code, the employees seem to be in a special hurry to punch the check, and then they say: "oh, sorry, I already punched /punched the check."
In this institution, everything went well at the first order, and at the second I forgot the phone on the table, I say: "I have an application, I'm going to get the phone now," I come and show it, and they answer me: "oh, sorry, I already punched / punched the check."
Well, for that, I would only take off 1 star, maybe 2, because it's terribly annoying.
And I took off all the stars because after the 2nd order they just forgot about me! I waited 40 minutes! As a result, I came up and asked what the reason was. The employee hesitated, asked to call the barista, who left. As a result, he came, made my order and left. And the employee just shouted into the hall "Pour Over!"
I never heard any apologies. When I went to get the order, I think she deliberately turned her back to the wall and went about her business until I left. Maybe not to apologize. As if this is how it should be, this is the norm of issuance, apparently.

Friendly, unobtrusive staff. Pleasant environment. Delicious pastries and coffee. You can read a book from the cafe, you can work.
