Well, for that, I would only take off 1 star, maybe 2, because it's terribly annoying.
And I took off all the stars because after the 2nd order they just forgot about me! I waited 40 minutes! As a result, I came up and asked what the reason was. The employee hesitated, asked to call the barista, who left. As a result, he came, made my order and left. And the employee just shouted into the hall "Pour Over!"
