I handed over sandals for gluing, plus sew a seam up to 5 cm. It was the first time in the cloud, the deadline was increased almost 2 times, that is, they said to expect 2 weeks, as a result it turned out to be 4 weeks without 2 days. I received an SMS that your order is ready, you can receive it daily from 10 to 20. The next day I went, but the point worked until 19h and the following days were weekends (Sun and Mon). I'm not happy with the quality of the gluing, all the glue is visible, or the timing of the order. Sandals are not cheap and I wanted to make them of high quality.

I am very unhappy! There is no master in Pinsk, they send shoes to Brest. They cannot advise on the spot what kind of service is needed and will actually be able to do something or not. As a result, they kept the shoes for 2 weeks and returned them without repairing them. This is the first time I've come across such deadlines.
