The order was made for almost a month. The operator on the phone said that the order would definitely be ready, upon arrival at the pick-up point, it turned out that it was not ready. A few minutes after leaving the pick-up point, they sent an SMS that they were ready. When handing over shoes for repair, a table of works has been compiled. When examining a pair of shoes, it turned out that they were not made in full volume and the replacement of the backs was made with the wrong material and not what is indicated in the table. I had to leave it for a few more days. For such a price, the quality of service is not very high.

Polite and pleasant staff... They coped with their work by 10+... A black denim jacket dyed pink fur during washing, they wanted to throw it away, but the "CLOUD" coped with it... Thanks a lot to them for that.... I recommend
