The hotel is in need of renovation, the rooms are smoky, everything is old. There is no breakfast. Excellent location and excellent responsive staff.

The rooms are spacious with a magnificent view of the steppe, near the square and many shops and cafes, in the evening the city is transformed, near the taxi station
