A wonderful hotel! Cozy rooms. Great cuisine! A small area occupied by a large swimming pool. Gym, spa, hairdresser, shop. Quiet, no intrusive animation. Concerts on the roof overlooking the sea, with a bar. Very friendly staff- waiters, maids, at the reception. With the exception of the chef, who preferred the Germans, he treated the Russians with disdain, which spoiled the mood in the restaurant.This is the only disadvantage of our stay. The beach is excellent, clean, with good service. Walk 3-5 minutes from the hotel along the field. The path to ancient Side is very picturesque, about 20 minutes on foot. Regular customers book a hotel a year in advance, so it's not easy to get into it. The hotel is very good for pensioners and people who love peace and comfort.))

A magnificent, small Barut hotel, calm and quiet, rest is provided by the entire staff team, an unobtrusive, polite staff. Staying at this hotel is simply enveloping in peace and relaxation, the hotel is only for adults, the territory is small, it is a 5-minute walk to the sea, we are thinking of returning to this hotel again!

A very cozy hotel. I dream of relaxing there again. The staff is very polite and pleasant. I really liked having breakfast in the area where there is a waterfall, greenery, flowers, murmuring water, a cup of Turkish coffee and dried fruits. There are always smoothies and detox cocktails for breakfast. The chefs cook very tasty, everything is fresh, a lot of pp dishes are really delicious. The beach and the people working on it were very pleased. There are always places on the beach, they give you water, ice cream, the staff does not just do their job, but puts their soul into what they do. From the aqua and step activity, a very nice girl leads the class, in addition there is a gym with exercise equipment, not big, but you can come to work out if you wish. Every evening there is a show on the roof of the hotel, you can sit under the starry sky, enjoy the sea view, live music or a show, there is also a bar. There is a path between the hotel and the beach, where everyone walks in the evening and many run in the morning. On the way, in 15 minutes of a leisurely walk, past cafes and hotels, you come to the ruins of the city or to a disco at will and needs. There is an ala kart restaurant, which is also very tasty. I recommend it, a very pleasant place, polite customer-oriented, unobtrusive staff, it is clear that people put their hearts into their work. I dream of relaxing there again, I periodically look through it, but they sort out the rooms very quickly.

We have been going there for two years in a row, which already says a lot (this is the first time). A hotel without children, imprisoned under the capricious European pensioners. Great varied food, really polite and helpful staff (with the exception of some bartenders), constant care, excellent Wi-Fi on the beach and many more things that form the overall impression. I sincerely recommend it.

The hotel is excellent, I can recommend it for a relaxing holiday. A small, main contingent is pensioners from Europe. Quiet, calm, the food is delicious. There are no stupid bracelets and cards for towels. The staff is well-trained, the waiters approach and carry drinks instantly. You can walk to the old town of Side, go to the museum, see the sights. Cons: The choice of cocktails is small and in general alcohol is three. The hotel is not on the first line, but it's not far to the beach. The beach itself is nice, but there is no bar on the beach. Keep in mind that you cannot pay with a Russian Union Pay card and most of the staff does not speak Russian.

The hotel is located on the second line, I had to walk a lot, the hotel does not have a territory at all, we are unlikely to go there yet!

A magnificent hotel! The staff is simply healthy. The attitude towards everyone is excellent, regardless of nationality. The cuisine is excellent, varied! Before you know it, the waiter is already carrying it. Excellent sea, beach, sun beds... The antique Side and the bus station are a 20-minute walk away. In 2 minutes there is a promenade on a large embankment with a lot of shops and cafes. A five-minute walk from the lively city street with restaurants and cafes. An 18+ hotel. No noisy children. 15 minutes by minibus to the city of Manavgat. In short, I recommend it to everyone.

A very calm and pleasant small hotel with amazing service, I'm vacationing with my wife here for the second time, it's nice to see the same staff a year later, an individual approach and friendly attention of the staff to each guest! The contingent is very decent, the animation is not enough, everything predisposes to relaxation, there is a Russian-speaking staff. There are no problems with food, for every taste. A stunning, comfortable beach, where service is also above all, in 2021 there was beer and wine, in 2022 beer was removed from the beach, but no one bothers to walk to the pool bar. I hope everything will be fine and next year there will be funds to return here again.

We have been staying at this hotel since 08/7/2022. 7 more days of wonderful rest. However, I am so impressed with the level of service, customer orientation, quality of services provided, and the friendliness of the staff that I hasten to share my impressions. So, in order. My family and I: my husband and son arrived early in the morning, flew Azur Air and, to be honest, the pleasure is something else: uncomfortable chairs, a night flight, sleeping on the plane is problematic for us, we were far from in high spirits at the hotel. We immediately went to breakfast, changed our clothes and went to the sea. My first impression was not a very intimate hotel, we are used to larger areas. However, every day I fall in love with Andiz more and more: everything is convenient! Fitness is always free, there is no annoying animation, food is something!!! For every taste, gluten-free is also available. In the morning, vegetable and fruit smoothies, fish, meat, vegetables, fruits!! A special word about the staff - smiling employees who are ready to fulfill your every wish!! Next year, we will definitely consider the Barut network again. Thank you, dear staff and administration for a healthy lifestyle!❤️❤️❤️

Not without joints, but still 5, for the restaurant and champagne in the room, special thanks, from the cons, there is no bar on the beach, there is water, juices and ice cream, there are no winos, the bar at the reception is open from 17 and there is nothing in the afternoon, so in fact there is one place in the hotel where you can drink and sit, this is the pool, in general, is very clean and calm, there are no children and drunken companies, everything is decorous and unhurried, respect to all the waiters in the restroom, the bar in the room was replenished every day, cleaning every day, in a word, the service is at an excellent level, from the animation only aqua fitness.In the evening, karaoke, several musical groups came and liked everything. The drinks are delicious, the food is great, the room with the pool was great, but we moved later with a balcony because the sun is there in the evening. Tip if you are offered a room with a swimming pool, you will be asked for an additional payment of $ 45, but not for the entire period, with the possibility of changing the room. Soft animation. I.e. Max water aerobics in the afternoon and vocals in the evening. Live music is not of the best quality. There is no bar on the beach. That is, if you want to drink near the sea between swims, it will not work. The staff speaks Russian to me, but is very friendly. There is no deposit and no cards for beach towels, which is a plus. For some reason, the mini-bar in my room was not replenished. But it was enough. Overall a nice, quiet hotel. The guests are mostly German adults
