Good location in the center of Fatih: all attractions and transport are within walking distance. The hotel is clean, the towels smell a little like chlorine, which means that the linen is being disinfected. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning - everything worked. The staff speaks Russian, they are very friendly, they will always help with advice. You can book a transfer to the airport or an excursion. The breakfasts are not particularly varied, but you can have a snack. Among the disadvantages: there is a mosque nearby and I woke up early in the morning from prayer, but the children did not hear and slept peacefully. There is no elevator and the stairs are quite steep. Cats also came to our balcony, but this is a common occurrence in Istanbul. The balcony has a very beautiful view of the sea. My daughter came there 2 times, we will also be happy to return.

In general, I liked the hotel.
It is located on a quiet street. Tea and coffee can be drunk around the clock, all this is available at the reception. Wi-fi is decent. The main street of the old town and the Grand Bazaar are just around the corner.
Recommendations:
- if the windows of your room face the street, people smoking and talking at the entrance can interfere at night, someone constantly comes and goes
- your number can be given to others. This is probably a Turkish habit. We have encountered her in other hotels. But for this you can get some kind of bonus here, do not hesitate))
- plumbing in the bathroom may leak, ask to fix it if it bothers, they will fix it quickly if it is technically possible
- if the windows overlook the sea and the terrace, close the windows when you leave, cats can settle with you, they are everywhere here))

There are only two advantages !
My main task was to find a hotel in the historical center and with Russian-speaking staff
The hotel is located next to the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi and next to the Bosphorus
Really very close
And the staff is all Russian-speaking

We had an economy room, it was difficult to book a hotel with our Russian card, but I managed to do it on the Island
The prices there were higher than everywhere else , but it was easy to book
That's why we decided to book an economy room
The number in the photo is different than in real life.
This is the ground floor, next to the kitchen
All the doors are flimsy , everyone is slamming , the audibility is very good .
The room is not ventilated, it stinks of cat urine and dampness
Dirty towels , dirty curtains , dirty bedspreads
You can open the windows, but there were cats running around, we didn't dare, but there was an air conditioner.
The room itself is tiny, just for the bed
The furniture is tired , there is no plumbing
The walls are all cleaned up
Everything is rusty
They only slept in the room
The hotel has breakfast
These are eggs to choose from omelet or fried eggs , chopped tomato , cucumber , cheese , Turkish sausage
The cost is 150 liras ~ 500₽
The staff is not very friendly, they did not enter into our position by ordering a taxi, (they found out from the administrator about the cost of a taxi to the airport, agreed with him that for $ 30 to call us a taxi to the airport (they have prices from euros)
When we came to order a taxi back, there was already another administrator, who said that a taxi costs only 35 euros, but can arrange for 30 euros, we informed that we only have dollars. We were agreed in 35 dollars!! We left the last money for the taxi right here, the initial amount. To which we were informed without offense , you can only pay $ 35 )
As a result, they found and agreed with the taxi driver themselves
The staff did not see us off at the eviction in any way , they were on the phones
They didn't say anything about how we left
It 's very strange , somehow it didn 't feel good.

I stayed in a two-bed room. The room was located on the reception floor. For some reason, there were no nets in the room, when the window was opened, the cats jumped from the roof directly into the room. The air conditioner is not working seasonally yet, but it was already hot. But these are small things. When I checked in, they didn't tell me that there was a kitchen, only after 3 days I found out. Cleaning was done only when I asked, not by default. I had to ask 3 times, once I took out the garbage myself, since I returned to the room, and the garbage from yesterday managed to start smelling. I must say that after the request to take out the trash, on the trail.we cleaned everything all day, made the bed, changed towels, etc., although I said that it was not necessary, it was necessary to take out the garbage. That is, in 7 days of arrival, they were cleaned 3 times after requests, but they were thoroughly cleaned, and not for show. That is, they seem to be doing well, they always respond to requests. What can I say for myself. There was nothing wrong, but I didn't have enough service. It would be nice if the guy at the reception told me everything in detail when checking in, and if they had a problem with the staff (only 1 cleaner worked), so they just told me, like, sorry, there will be no cleaning today, you can take out your garbage yourself and put it at the door, for example. Naturally, I understand that this happens. In general, I would like more contact. Then I would have left 5 stars. There is also a strong audibility in the hotel, but again, it would leave 5 stars. The price is not bad, the room is huge, the location is good, tea and coffee, sea view, it was all worth it, despite the disadvantages.

Don't expect a fancy renovation, the photo is better than in real life. WiFi is good. They speak Russian, but not all of them.
The main disadvantage is a very steep narrow staircase. If you have problems with your legs and coordination, then it won't work for you.
You can only go to the kitchen when you are being fed. Unfortunately, they won't let you in at any other time. There is no kettle in the room, so you need to go to the front door of the hotel for boiling water, where there is a kettle. In our case, we went down from the 4th floor and went up this staircase with boiling water.

A small cozy hotel. We rested at the end of October. The room had a sea view. A small room, but quite decent. Air conditioning, refrigerator worked. The balcony is small, but it is very pleasant to sit on it both in the morning and in the evening. Breakfasts are meager and monotonous. The bread was delicious. The reception staff was very pleased. We arrived from Istanbul yesterday. The trip was for 4 days. We stayed at this hotel. The rooms are ordinary, all we needed was to sleep, take a shower, since we did not come to sit in the room. We cleaned and changed towels every day. The price is very affordable. The breakfasts are monotonous, but we ate too much. Thanks to the cook! We had a room on the top floor, so after hiking in Istanbul, of course, it was a bit difficult to climb the stairs, but, nothing, we managed. Thanks to the guys at the reception, they solved all problems promptly, they were always friendly, they would offer tea, coffee, and chat. If I return to Istanbul, I will definitely stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, all the sights are nearby, despite the fact that the hotel is in a very quiet location. Among the disadvantages are holes on the pillowcase and towel, the shower is leaking a little, and there is a lot of audibility. It is this 202 room that is located almost behind the reception, you can hear if they are talking loudly there, there is also some kind of office space in the corner where the room is located, someone came there three nights in a row at midnight and rustled loudly.
But in general, considering the previous hotel, where it was damp and smelled musty, this is a good option.
