I ordered a bouquet with delivery. It was agreed that you should first call the recipient and specify what time it would be convenient to accept the bouquet.
Instead, the courier was called first and only 10 minutes after the courier was sent, there was a call to the recipient.
As a result, the recipient had to urgently change his plans in order to meet the courier.
As a result, instead of a pleasant surprise, there are only a lot of inconveniences and an unpleasant aftertaste.
Moreover, in subsequent correspondence, they brazenly lied to me that everything was wrong and the recipient was contacted. It was only after the facts I cited that they admitted that they had not done it by agreement.
If it is important for you that the agreements are respected, and the surprise is really pleasant, avoid their delivery.

Incredibly cool bouquets. Nowhere in Yerevan could I find such a flower shop, where there will be stylish and beautiful bouquets and flowers, mostly everything is very clumsy and old. This is clearly a new level.
