Extremely disappointing service. Poorly prepared food. The only things I liked from the order were the lemonade and chickpeas (as a complimentary welcome).
Khinkali are good: especially fried with estragon and egg. Dolma is nice too.
Food here is pleasing and varies overall. Big plus: you can order khinkali by one, to try every taste. But the restaurant itself is disappointing.
Service is passable at best: administrator held us up at the door for 5 minutes, while she was distracted with other stuff. Then she addressed someone on a walkie-talkie and led us to a table. Waters bring soft beverages to the table, but you have to pour them yourself.
"Home wine" is awful. Cutlery, glasses and plates are cheap and mass-market. WC is small and gender-indifferent, for such a big establishment it is a serious shortcoming.
