I went to the store to get a pen) on the ground floor there are 2 parts of the store, cosmetics and office. I was standing where the office is, and the seller is where the cosmetics are) I asked to come and serve, they ignore me) I thought they didn't hear me, even though I spoke loudly. She said again, the girl from the cosmetics department takes the drinks and carries them to the vending machine (there was a soda machine there, in the Office department) I don't understand what's going on and I ask you to come over, but again they ignore me! this is not the first time already.
And on the second floor everything is much better, sellers will help you choose and tell you if necessary)
