I rarely write reviews, but I would like to leave them for such an attentive attitude. We booked a tour to Thailand from Moscow, our flight was rescheduled, as a result of which the transfer was disrupted. The girls from Novatur quickly helped us find a new one, as a result, we got there well and caught the flight. We had a great rest, on the recommendation of the managers we chose Pattaya Park, we did not regret a bit, a very cool hotel, clean, nearby attractions. They also explained to us in advance all the visa rules, as well as what can and cannot be taken. Many thanks to you, throughout the trip you were there and told us where to contact. This is the best travel agency that I have contacted, you know how to put everything on the shelves. Thank you again, good luck in your work and more adequate customers!

I want to thank the managers of NOVATUR, who have just returned from wonderful Cuba. I would like to note that the hotel was chosen really the best for our budget. There were no complaints. We booked a bus tour to Georgia, we liked everything. They took us to Orsha, the bus is comfortable. The hotel, the food are all as in the photo. We went on an excursion to Batumi. Everyone is happy with the rest, thank you

We booked a tour to Dubai before the war. It started and all flights were canceled. There can be no claims against the travel agency, this is understandable. But it was amazing how they worried with us, did everything to find out how to transfer us to another plane. In the end, we still flew away. Others could have done nothing and scored.... in general, thank you! My friend and I are glad that we found you. By the way, the Novotel in Dubai is beautiful 😉
