I am extremely outraged by the work of the restaurant staff today. I made an order number 29 on December 31, 2022 in Almaty, before 12.00, an employee seemed to call, warned that delivery would be from 13.00 to 17.00. It is well understood that it is New Year's Eve. BUT, ZAKAH IS BROUGHT AT AROUND 16.00, WITHOUT A SECOND PORTION OF MEAT WITH PEPPER. I call, the girl on the line SHOUTS at me that everything is accurate and there can be no mistake. And the portion that was brought is microscopic at all, a clear underweight. I've ordered here before, so I know what's what. Please sort it out. Here is such a wonderful receipt and a spoiled New Year's mood.
