While staying at the hotel in the same building, I visited Turandot twice. And I was very pleased with everything. The order was delivered quickly, everything is very tasty and nothing superfluous to my taste. Polite and attentive waiters. Cleanliness, order, comfort. I definitely recommend it
They brought a tasteless dish, I tried it, asked for it back, to which I received the answer "well, you've already tried it, how can we return it" (there was a full dish).
To be honest, even the tea was not delicious (
The service is fast, so if you want to eat quickly, tasteless and expensive, then you are here)
It was a long time ago, last year. But I think you can come by once a month. Specific dishes. Very tasty. Only an amateur can come often. There are familiar comrades who always have lunch once a week. The prices were affordable at the time of the visit. The staff is not bad.
Probably the best Chinese restaurant in Astana, I visit it quite often and have never been disappointed. The kitchen, the service, the comfort are all wonderful.
Duck and eggplant in sour-bitter sauce was on top! Tea is not very good ((the service was not intrusive, but attentive, very good impression) the guy's name was Madi)
Unfortunately, I couldn't appreciate the food (the hot menu is varied. I waited 25 minutes for the order to be accepted. A waitress walked past me 5 times. When I asked to take the order, the second waiter said now and disappeared. It's just a disaster with the service. There was no such thing anywhere in Astana.
Very sorry. I had hopes to try Chinese cuisine.
As always for lovers of Chinese cuisine, one of the delicious and inexpensive establishments. The food is delicious. The staff is polite. Depending on the filling of the hall, the food is being prepared. The interior is old, but lovers always come
We were on the left bank today, we booked a table for 10 people to celebrate a family event. A complete disappointment. We haven't been to the restaurant for a long time, before the pandemic. Recently, we ordered with delivery, it was not bad. But we don't go there anymore, I think this is disrespectful to our customers. There is no Pectin duck, there is no whole fish either. And this was not warned at the time of booking. I think that a signature dish is a face that should always be there. Now is not the time when it is impossible to get a duck. We ordered fried dumplings in Chinese, cranberry juice, too, and the reason is EXPENSIVE SUGAR. Are you serious?! Your prices for 250 grams are not purely meat dishes 3500-4500 and you say there is no sugar..... Ordered meat with vegetables, besides the fact that it is absolutely bland, tasteless, and there is practically no meat there. Horsemeat with pampushki, finely chopped small bowl of sweet meat .... String beans, a lot of garlic and green onions, but not the beans themselves. They left , leaving not a small amount of money , hungry. The holiday is ruined , will we come back again ? Definitely not.
The food here is the most delicious that there is, I'm just crazy about them, and everything is brought very quickly, the waiters here are very polite and good , the selection on the menu is huge and the prices are normal
The waiter did not come up with an almost empty room. I ordered meat in foil (pirated, or something like that) - there was a huge black long hair inside ... I didn't like anything
I do not recommend it
Stuffy
Dark
The waiters are not suitable
Peking duck is not fresh, dry
I was in Saryarka. The branch, the waiters are at the highest level, the food is all fresh
I am very disappointed
I do not recommend it
I don't understand where the administrator is looking at
It's quite a colorful place. Fans of Chinese cuisine will "come in", but professionals probably won't)
The atmosphere is pleasant, the contingent is also good. Parking is difficult. It is better to arrive at a pre-arranged time if you have a meeting there.
A specific place with a huge number of dishes. Some positions were gorgeous, some were not even finished, in general, you can visit once and order carefully.
The cafe is not bad. But the owners clearly have not decided on the concept. Turandot is positioned as a Chinese restaurant. But before that, it was Italian, as the music and the interior tell us. There is a combined hodgepodge on the menu. Dumplings, horse meat dishes, rolls, of course. The food is quite average.
The prices are affordable, but the menu is for an amateur, to taste either everything is excessively spicy or excessively sour, a lot of vinegar. Before ordering, you need to have patience to wait for the waiter, after ordering they serve quickly.
