A comfortable modern business center. The location is as accessible as possible from any point of the golden square. There is any infrastructure around: cafes, restaurants, coffee shops for early breakfasts of any complexity. I make excellent coffee in the Lobby of the business center and there is always a choice of dishes for lunch.

A good business center. But there are many disadvantages:
1. There is no cafe/canteen
2. Bad area in front of the entrance, no greenery, no benches, one continuous Parking. In summer, it is very hot on it, it is unpleasant to be and even just walk through it
3. The elevator management is illiterate - you have to call everything at once, stop on each floor, etc.

The elevator has to wait a long time. There are a lot of people. Two elevators are not working. The ventilation is blowing strongly, it's cold in the office. The tiles on the stairs fell off in places. To smoke, you have to go down to the street. There are always no paper towels in the toilet.
