They wrote in Viber that check-in was at 12:00, as a result, after super-fast room cleaning after previous guests, we were checked in at 13:20
There was no contract, no receipt, the prepayment was on the card!!
We wanted to pay for fishing, the same "manager" said in a very unpleasant tone, "you haven't paid for the house yet," although the prepayment was made, and the second part is paid everywhere upon departure, but it can be seen that there are no such rules for this place)))

The company celebrated its birthday. Everyone liked it. Comfortable guest houses with good beds. Barbecue areas, swings, sauna. A bar with a dance floor. I recommend it for a country holiday.

The most terrible vacation of my life! First, they command payment without showing the living conditions! No contract, no receipt! And most importantly, not less than two days! And this is 500 rubles ! They settled on the second floor - the stairs are such that you can kill yourself sober , not to mention drunk ! There are 5 beds for 10 people! Although they promised 10! Two double beds, two small sofas and one in the hallway! The room ! That is, in fact, there are two rooms! It's good that there were seven of us, we could somehow fit in! Outside, the heat was +35 during the day and +20 at night. It was probably under 40 in this house! One finished fan for all rooms! There is no air conditioner in sight ! No one could sleep at night! The granny who originally settled in walked around with a dissatisfied expression. There is zero hospitality. And the most important thing is the SAND! which fell from the stairs onto our table , and then blew from the shore and onto the grill and onto the table ! We ate and drank everything with sand! That is, while you are roasting on the grill, everything is already in the sand! No fences and protection have been thought out! The homeless mangal is just standing nearby. It's just a disgrace for that kind of money! We left without mining for almost a day! No one has returned the money to us ! Such a vacation will be remembered for a long time! Oh, yes, after paying for accommodation, be prepared to pay another 10 rubles each for their diner to the dyskatek. Do you know why we came here?- We have read your praiseworthy reviews ! Very mixed impressions of this place
On the plus side: the whole area is relatively gentrified.
It's not very deep, which is convenient for families with children, but the water is very dirty.
By renting a house, you immediately acquire the status of a "VIP person: and you can do anything 😅
The cost of a place for your tent is 5p.
Not a bad disco, in the style of a village in the 2010s, but it's expensive for such a place (10p)
Of the cons
You should not go in large companies, especially with children, there is very little space, the car must be parked, and if you are not a "VIP", you can not even drive up to unload things. Tents have to be set up right next to the road, along which VIP persons travel all night.
We were sent to the other side of the lake, through an inappropriate safety raft with all our belongings and a bunch of children in our arms.
Well, I can say that we will not go here anymore, especially in a large company, I think our neighbors in misfortune too.
