Terrible level of service! We pre-signed up for turbine repairs, everyone talked on the phone, as a result, arriving from another city, it turned out that they did not have any spare parts available, and they could not help in any way. A very strange manager, in the current situation, began to assure that everything was visually fine with the turbine and in general, most likely, we had made up our minds, and repairs were not required. Having lost a lot of time, we found another service on the Internet, where the manager not only promptly clarified the availability of spare parts, but also agreed with another service regarding the removal and installation of the turbine. The guys got into the situation and did everything in one day (they sat up until night).

I turned to these "specialists" with the repair of the turbine on Passat B6, there was a slight fogging of the air pipe in the cold part. As a result, after installing the turbines after their repair, without leaving the lift to the service station, the oil flowed into the hot part of the turbine!! I had to dismantle it at my own expense, take them to check, as a result, their answer is everything is fine, we checked, look for engine malfunctions!!! The horror! I tell them, are you idiots?? the oil is flowing into the exhaust, where there was not a drop before for 300,000 mileage!!! No one from the management gets in touch, the attitude is boorish!I strongly advise against this service, there are no specialists and equipment there!

I applied to this organization for the repair of the turbine Daf 105.
Everything is great!
The turbine was disassembled in front of me within 20 minutes.
The price is minimal.
They showed what spare parts they put on, told everything about the topic. We were treated to coffee and cookies.
After 4 hours, I took the finished turbine.
The service is at the highest level.
The equipment is on the level. They rolled the turbine with me. All parameters and tolerances were shown.
Well done guys!
I advise you to come to this repair service yourself and make sure.
Why I recommend it. Before that, I was in various similar ones, including passenger turbines. The comparison does not include.

I want to express my opinion after visiting this “wonderful organization with coffee and cookies.”
In general, in order.:
-Own Parking is a quest with lifting and squeezing between power poles. Judging by the damage to these pillars, not everyone can squeeze in.
- After entering, you get to the reception area where, as I understand it, the managers are sitting. The level of communication with them is a separate story, the story is far from the most pleasant. If you come at least a little savvy and with a specific task, they immediately lose interest.
- They can't set up the turbine with electronics, they test the electronic valve and that's it.
- Do not rely on access to the remzone-they will offer to stare at the TV with cameras. There is some kind of equipment, but it is impossible to even understand what kind of equipment it is and whether it works at all.
- The overall impression is that everything is kind of cheap with a service cut, but with the slightest reference to the details it becomes clear what kind of substance it is in a beautiful wrapper.
- As a result, the problem was not solved, they took money for connecting the device for verification. Only I can do the same procedure with a car launcher, which I talked about on the phone. But they can't set it up, they can't. It turns out that they sold an unnecessary procedure for money but did not help in any way.
- I had the turbine returned under warranty. It's not the most pleasant sight. A manager, some kind of master and a lawyer attacked the man(!). Apparently there are enough joints once there is a whole lawyer on staff.
Go or not-decide for yourself. I didn't find any coffee or cookies here.
I do not recommend it!

I turned to them for turbine repair after long calls from many of them.
All price agreements are fulfilled as agreed over the phone.
Everything is, well, just at the highest level!! The service itself, the maintenance. Parking is convenient on site. If desired, you are present at the disassembly and they also explain everything about the breakdown and the reason. All recommendations are described in the turbine passport.
There is a very large fund of replacement turbines, even the eyes run away from the number! The type of turbines is better than the new one.
They gave additional pads for installation. There's a receipt in the accounting department. It was also possible to pay with a card on the spot with them.
Well, there are just no words. Do we really still have such services, I did not expect it, everything is super!
I advised a friend, I am also satisfied. I've been driving for 4 months. A friend of half a month and says that the new one did not go like that, tears up from the spot.
In general, the highest score for the guys!

If you think that you will bring your turbine and exchange it for a restored one at the price indicated on the Internet, you are deeply mistaken. There are a lot of managers who will find 1000 reasons to reject yours and name the price 2 times higher. Next, about my experience of contacting them.
I called them the day before, clarified how they work, and arrived the next morning. I go in, there are a lot of free managers sitting and everyone is so reluctantly discussing who will conduct a dialogue with me on repairing my turbine. After being examined by a specialist (the manager watched), he sentenced everything that was possible, called the price twice as high as indicated on the Internet and voiced over the phone, he had an argument saying that you did not have the way we thought ... after my indignation, he called a specialist from the repair department, he more specifically named the reason and said that but spare parts which I need is not available. It was proposed to remove and install from a new turbine. To which the manager expressed his displeasure.. as a result, after the conversation, I went out and searched the Internet for competitors and found it cheaper. I went to pick up the turbine and said that I would go to my competitors for cheaper and the price as they said would not change, which they gave me a hard time and wished me a pleasant journey ... repaired from competitors at a price twice lower than that in the turbolider. I do not recommend contacting here.. The charade is still the same…

When the issue of repairing the turbine in my car (Skoda Octavia) touched me. I started looking for repairmen. It was actually necessary to repair or replace ALL parts of the turbine :(.
I stopped by one of the guys - they counted 1050 rubles. I was not satisfied with this, I went to the Turbolider in Kolodischi - 740r!!!
They told me, showed me everything, and even despite the fact that I am a bore, the guys have plenty of patience :)
In general, I advise. If suddenly I ever have a question of repairing a turbine, only to them!
But this is my personal opinion.

The analysis is carried out without your presence, as stated. After paying for the turbine in the accounting department, they will offer to buy gaskets that are not included in the total cost for the turbine, you give the money into the hands of the manager without a receipt! The warranty is stated to be up to 3 years, they give 1 year. I was extremely unhappy with the feeling of deception and overpayment for the simplest turbine!

I brought a turbine with my new cartridge to them (I bought it in polbel.by ). The problem was that the impeller clung to the cold part. I asked them to look at the normal cartridge or not. Since I wanted to return this kartiritj back, I was refused.
Here I was told that nothing clings, I set up the geometry incorrectly (I put the adjusting screw as it was on the old turbine).
I left it to them, they cleaned it, set it up, put it on the car. I started whistling and there is no traction from the bottom. They just took the adjusting screw and unscrewed it more, that is, the turbine did not blow up.
I screwed it back in as it was, I started clinging again, I came to them and explained, they just sent us, we did our job well, it's your problem with the engine. As a result, I solved the problem myself, adjusted it as it was on the old one and shifted some parts from the old cartridge to the new one, it became less backlash and does not hurt. And the car went as it should. Draw conclusions about what kind of specialists there are.

Still, after waiting, it was suggested, since they had the same turbine, they evaluate mine and give their own in return (there are no complaints, a convenient principle, many work this way, conveniently), but the maximum amount was agreed, even if everything with my turbine is bad, then above this amount, the price will not rise. The appraiser-diognost came, and of course he did not surprise anyone, everything turned out to be dead in the turbine (as soon as I drove), and of course everything was replaced)) that is, payment at the maximum price. But that's just the maximum and so not a small price, of course, has risen even more!!! When talking, why is this so? They heard, "well, I didn't know," "I thought.".. In general, we did not agree on anything, my turbine was given disassembled to the last bolt.. Of course I don't recommend it.. Perhaps someone will say otherwise, yes, I saw how others get their turbine in a new box, everything is beautiful.
There was an opinion that the manager, who was not with us, seemed to be Dmitry, so he spoke well and fairly, if you have to contact him, try to contact him.

I applied to this organization for the "repair" of turbines. The turbine on Nisan is an example. They did, they said that they had changed everything to a new one, since, allegedly, everything was faulty in my turbine. Well, OK, I took it, paid 680 rubles, they didn't give me a check. I put it on, it flowed from all the cracks. I brought it back, and then the circus started. Everyone who was there decided to sit on their ears, with red faces and a raised tone, proving to me that I was to blame. They reluctantly took it away, did something for an hour and took out an allegedly newly repaired one. And now, attention!!! they said to pay half the price (340 rubles), allegedly because it was my fault (what was my fault, I did not understand). I paid, I needed a working car, I lost more without it. I put it on - it flowed the same way as the first time. I started writing to the manager, and ignored him in response. I call, they don't answer. I call from another number, explain the situation, they say - now a couple of minutes, we'll figure it out and call back and ignore it again. I brought the turbine to another organization, where they told me that my turbine was assembled from spare parts, shit and branches. Well, to give 680 + 340 rubles for garbage, I took it off twice and put it on for a fee, a lot of downtime was lost. I will take it all away in court, and with all damages covered. Think, "masters," how you deal with people. A satisfied customer will tell 2 friends about you, and a dissatisfied one will tell a thousand. And I'm not just unhappy, I'm on horseback as much as possible.

В один прекрасный момент на bmw x5 e53 перестала полноценно работать турбина на «низах».Решил обратиться в специализированный сервис по ремонту и обмену турбин.Приятное и конструктивное общение с руководителем данной организации поставило жирную точку обратиться именно сюда.В итоге моя старая турбина была оставлена на сервисе ,а вместо неё я приобрёл с доплатой отремонтированную деталь.После дефектовки получил ряд рекомендаций по возможным проблемным местам в автомобиле.В итоге автомобиль после установки турбинытеперь едет с лёгкостью и радует меня 😋

Турбо лидер ремонтировали в этой организации турбину, на камаз первый раз заплатили деньги пр чем не плохие больше тысячи рублей, хотя она была на гарантийном обслуживании, но менеджер Анатолий, сделал, все, чтобы не делать по гарантии, ладно забрали, буквально тысячи через две этуже турбину разорвало, я привез отдал, но опять же этот же менеджер попытался перевести диалог о том, что давайте хоть на паловину суммы за наш счёт, но я, категорически сказал, что нет и уже забирал турбину в последний раз гарантию, не дали, кароче ребята контора рога и копыта, не советую, это сугубо моё мнение, будьте внимательны.
