3) they respond quite quickly, but here they do not reach the star, because the answers are equal to the supplier's accusation: he does not work on March 8 (although according to them he should have), he messed up. And according to them, nothing depends on Turbotoys at all, i.e. they do not take on any responsibility. I understand everything that the joint is not theirs, but the supplier, but the supplier in front of me is Turbotoys.
4) we returned the prepayment without any problems
Minuses: 1) they cheat on the delivery time: they announced 4-7 days, I, as a normal and ordinary person, considered that these were calendar days and immediately made a decision in their favor, because the deadline was coming and I saw no point in overpaying 1-2 days faster. As a result, 4-7 working days and according to the manager, they usually do not have time in 4 days. As a result, everything turned into 11-13 calendar days, taking into account March 8.
2) they demanded an advance payment of 50%
3) the spare part came to the intermediate warehouse with scratches, i.e. defective. But again, thank you for warning me not when the spare part arrived in Minsk. But as a result, I still lost 8 days and did not receive a spare part. Honest 2 stars, not zero and not one, because there are still advantages.
I took the pads to my space star. I wrote to Viber what I needed, arrived two hours later and picked it up. Everything was fine with the price and quality.It is convenient on the route home...
