We stayed at the Tourist hotel for a day in a suite at a standard price in the center. Everything is clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, there are all soap accessories, a refrigerator, a bar, a set of dishes. I liked everything. I'll come back on occasion.

It all started with the fact that on October 07, 2024, I booked a room at this hotel through a popular service. And nothing seemed to portend trouble, but something was somehow in the rainy and cold air. The room was cheap, but it was OK for one night. And the hotel itself is very decent in appearance, so some kind of dissonance arose.
I arrived without armor, I think, well, it started as I knew it. But I was lucky to have a room, I paid, checked in and realized why it was cheaper. The room is cold as outside, there is no heating.
I know Belarusians, they are good at this issue, there is no heating, but in a single room, there is an additional wool blanket and a plaid in the closet. It's fine, but my head is a little frozen.
They offer breakfast from 07-09 in the morning, apparently especially for tourists, at 7 a.m. they had a snack and "buried a grape seed in the warm earth" and with songs, the restaurant is right in the complex, large, even huge, dark, came to the door, it's quiet, dark, did not go. There is a food court and a coffee shop opposite the shopping center. I got out of the situation.
The hotel, in terms of emptiness and huge empty spaces, resembles the plot from the novel by the Strugatsky brothers.
But nothing bad happened and I moved out of it safely.
Yes, about the room. Well, the usual single. The prickly palace, the body, the table. The bathroom is normal, the mattress is standard. Actually, it's not bad.

I've been staying at this hotel for two weeks. As they say, what's on the box is in the box 😃 Refrigerator, hair dryer, two TVs, two single beds (I especially liked the hard mattresses), air conditioning in the bedroom. A set of dishes, upholstered armchairs with a sofa and a huge wardrobe in the living room. We cleaned up well, but we didn't mess up much either. They only came to spend the night. Sets of gel, shampoo, soap, towels were changed every day. Therefore, 5/5. The only thing that needs to be worked out is breakfast. But these, as I understand it, are wishes for the restaurant. On staff: the cleaning and repair service is very friendly, admins can learn communication skills from them. A separate delight is the location near the Belarus department store, the Prism hypermarket, the metro station and tram and bus stops.

A gorgeous hotel.It is for a 3-star. We lived in a 2-bed room on the 3rd floor.The room is fresh, clean, comfortable.Everything to relax is available. The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent, everything is delicious and quite varied. There is a department store nearby, where almost everything is sold. At least we bought gifts, bacon, and delicious Belarusian sausage. The metro is 50 meters from the main entrance to the hotel-is it not a miracle!

There are no questions about the work of the staff. We quickly processed the order, cleaned the room every day, and allowed us to leave things in the luggage room after discharge.
On the downside: There are very big problems with the material and technical base. Only one payment terminal is working, the others are out of order, the insulation of the windows in the room came off, which made it siphon and make noise all the time, the TV and hair dryer were broken (I didn't need them, but still), the air conditioner hadn't been cleaned for a hundred years, which was why I had to leave it to work all day before leaving, so that in the evening there would be at least some coolness in the room, the door lock did not work in the next room, we sorted it out together. The cherry on the cake is audibility, there is no sound insulation between the walls at all, I felt like I was in a communal apartment.
In general, in short, this is more a question for managers who are not doing their job.

The rooms are old, but clean, they clean perfectly. The mattress is comfortable, the pillows are comfortable, plus there are 3 of them in the room per person, respectively, you can choose what is suitable. The blankets are heavy, as they should be, and you can sleep comfortably. There is a TV in both the bedroom and the living room. Bathrobes, slippers, cosmetics, a shoe brush, a clothes brush, a set of cutlery, a set of dishes - everything is there, although this is not a mandatory option for a 3* hotel. Buffet breakfasts are of course for 3, but you will not leave hungry. The staff is certainly a little lame. The only disadvantage is that they forgot the case with clothes, asked to send it to us, they said there was no such service. Although this is a mandatory option for hotels

Хорошая, недорогая гостиница. Отличное расположение, метро и автобусная остановка непосредственно рядом с отелем, ехать до центра минут 10-12 на метро. Рядом ТЦ Беларусь, можно купить продукты, если необходимо. Ночью, даже с открытым окном не шумно с проспекта- он практически пустой. Номера чистые, у нас был номер на этаже для курящих, просто других свободных на тот момент не было, разницы я не увидела, запаха нет. Номер небольшой, уютный, телевизор, холодильник, фен. Соседей не слышали. В ресторане брали завтраки, вполне съедобные, мини шведский стол. Рекомендую👍
Единственный минус, в душе течет вода на пол, натекает лужица

Очень неплохая гостиница. Здание старой советской постройки, но внутренний интерьер вполне соответствует современным нормам. Рядом со зданием гостиницы большой универмаг Беларусь и вход на станцию метро Партизанская - очень удобно, 20 минут и ты в центре Минска! А еще рядом отличный парк для прогулок - участок лесного массива - просто прелесть!
Мы брали двухместный номер комфорт с раздельными кроватями. (Заплатили со скидкой 30% по невозвратному тарифу) Комфорт здесь означает наличие кондиционера, что очень было уместно, поскольку мы попали на самую жаркую в году неделю в Минске: 30-32’С днем. Нам достался 15 этаж, с видом на универмаг Беларусь. Окна практически не открывали, в номере было тихо и комфортно спать. В номере есть все необходимое, телевизор, холодильник, электрочайник с двумя чашками, фен. На ресепшене всегда обходительные и приветливые сотрудники. Обслуживанием остались очень довольны. В следующий раз с удовольствием поселимся в этой гостинице!

I liked the hotel, the standard room is excellent, fresh washes, everything is clean, neat, the floor covering in the room is perfectly clean, without stains. The bed linen is fresh, white, clean, the bedspreads are undamaged. LCD TV in working condition, satellite. Free Wi-Fi, works smartly.mini fridge in working condition. The view from the window is excellent.
Dinner at the restaurant is good enough, and not expensive.
As for breakfast for 3, we were not hungry, ng and for 700 rubles grew. You can increase the assortment.
In general, the hotel justifies its 3 stars, I am satisfied. The location by the way is excellent, , public transport stops in 2 minutes, metro under the windows. 12 mind to Feder.the tracks, the check-in is perfect. Parking in front of the hotel is free for guests.

It has been a long time since I stayed in "Soviet" hotels - and the appearance was somehow repulsive. I tried to rent apartments, but there were no options here - Friday is the day everything is busy in Minsk ( ... to my surprise, I really liked everything. Quick check-in, everything is at the highest level. There is a cooler on the floor, there is a kettle in the room, a refrigerator (although it was slightly cooled)
The rooms are renovated, the plumbing is in perfect condition.IT'S CLEAR!
In general, I was satisfied, the price-quality ratio is on top-I think even now I always stay in it. The plumbing is all new.
Breakfast was not included (25 r buffet) in the photo I chose so modestly that I love to eat)) the photo is only from the window.
