I have been buying tickets in the app for almost 10 years and today I am faced with the following situation:
The airline canceled the flight and refunded the funds, but OneTwoTrip charges its own "service fee", which I pay, despite the fact that (once again, pay attention) the flight was canceled not on my initiative! As it turned out, this is spelled out in the user agreement, as well as many other very dubious things. With such a user agreement, there is a direct road to court! I would really like justice and, hopefully, one day it will overtake this company. At least it would be fair to charge this fee from the airline in case of flight cancellation by them, and not from customers! Apparently, they thought in the wrong place when they wrote this agreement. And if so, it means that the decision-maker is either poorly acquainted with the content, or a person deprived of a sense of justice.
I will not buy tickets through the app anymore in principle, and I will also recommend other services to others.
