They refuse to register, apparently they are extorting money. We went to check in on the first day after arrival, around 4 p.m. on Wednesday. They were sent from the old town to the central one, because the post office is not working. They are sitting drinking tea in the central one, they refused to register, they said that we would not have time to pay and come another day. We arrived a day later at the most central office, next to the police, we paid a fee in advance at the post office. The brunette girl hissed angrily that we had already arrived late, because it was not the first day after arrival. We tried to explain that we were on the first day and her colleagues turned us around, she doesn't care. And this is the third day after arrival at night, i.e., in fact, the second day, because we couldn't go to check in at night. I talked to the locals, they say that they probably confuse tourists so specifically to extort money for fines. There is no justice for them. Next time we'd better fly to Croatia, since Montenegro has such an attitude towards Russian tourists. And local government officials believe that tourists come here to run through their instances for several days in the heat and stand in queues instead of resting.
