It's good at home, but it's better in Dubai!

We have been vacationing with SmartTravel since 2020, visiting three countries. Anastasia and Elizoveta's managers always managed to find what we needed! We were always happy with the rest (we were on the beach for 4-6 days out of 11). I recommend it!

Perhaps, under normal circumstances, they resell tours well, smiling. But in case of some kind of emergency, they will assure you that the money will be returned only later. Do not be fooled by persuasion, you can immediately file a lawsuit. No one will offer you any alternatives. When you put a pile of money on the table, the director automatically considers this money his own. Probably, if nothing happens, you will safely visit the place you paid for, if there is some kind of "force majeure", either say goodbye to the money or go to court.

Everything is fine until you pay the money. Our tour operator canceled a tour to Egypt in March without a refund, so we had to sue the company for a refund of $ 2,200. The trial lasted 3 months, if you have time, nerves, and you want to stay without a trip, go to this company.
