We went to Egypt at the end of November 2016. What are your impressions of the travel agency Giraffa Yekaterinburg 71:
1) Manager Denis worked with clients being sick with a viral cold and flirted with mine...a husband...
2) They told me the amount on the phone and assured me that it includes everything I asked for, but:
a) At the office, I found out about additional fuel charges, for which I had to pay in excess of the agreed amount.
b) Denis said that the amount includes insurance, but after payment it turned out that he!mix up.
c) It turned out at the hotel that the issued vouchers do not provide a bed and meals for the child (I specially ordered from Denis so that all this would be, and he promised me all this). I had to pay extra for everything. Denis refused to take part in solving this problem and take responsibility.
d) Denis booked the room in such a way that we lost 1 paid day. Also, according to his plan, we had to check out 8 hours before the bus arrived. Denis apparently did not know that it was possible to pay part-time at this hotel.
3) We were not consulted about the weather conditions at the chosen time for rest. They did not warn me that there is a cold current in this place, and the water temperature is very low (the child refused to swim at all, I swam for no more than 3 minutes at a time). They did not offer any alternative options, did not give any useful advice, etc. In a nutshell: lack of competence.
4) At the end of the rest, so to speak, no one asked about my impressions: neither by phone nor by mail.
I can say one thing: it was the first and last time. I don't recommend it.
