I want to share my personal experience of staying in this hotel for quite a long time. Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I went there for a whole month, because in Turkey at that time everything was bad with finding our own housing. We found this hotel in advance, booked a room on the day of arrival (only for one day, because we were not aware of such a difficult rental situation). By the way, the staff does not know English at all, so after a hard flight we had to explain through an interpreter who we are and why we are here :D
Finally, everything has cleared up and we are going up to the long-awaited room. There were new white slippers at the entrance, which turned black in a few minutes of walking around the room. The windows were terribly dirty. There is a mosque across the street, so early in the morning (at 6 a.m., it seems) you will not wake up from breakfast in bed. Speaking of bed. There were some red spots on the linen in many places. Towels have a similar situation. The air conditioner, which hung directly above the bed, is clearly older than us. We were afraid to turn it on once again. The shower was leaking very much, a large puddle formed after taking a shower, which we accidentally stepped on and those very slippers just drowned. I had to walk around the room in my socks. The front door is held on snot, you can hear everything, every sneeze and fart of your neighbors. After that, we moved into the so-called "suite". An ordinary room, cleaner, fresher renovation. There is very little space. My young man immediately clarified about Wi-Fi, to which the employee replied that everything was fine with it, they often have people with remote work, so the Internet is good. As a result, the Internet worked fine either outside the room, that is, on the ground floor, where people usually worked, or at night. I couldn't not only call someone, but also send messages in the messenger. I had to buy more GB on a local SIM and constantly distribute the Internet from my phone. They asked about the laundry and cleaning. They told us that there would be no problems with that either. There were problems, of course. We have never had cleaning at all during our stay (they claimed that 2 times a week), you need to constantly run after them. Once my boyfriend asked me to get out, to which they replied that it was too late, let's do it tomorrow. The next day, silence. In the end, I decided to clean myself, besides, our concepts of cleanliness, judging by the numbers, were clearly different. The washing situation is no better. They said that they themselves know about white, dark and colored, everything is distributed. No problems. We decided to put things in the mix one day.. How I regretted it. 5 T-shirts were ruined, 3 of them were white. Once. Well, this situation was eventually resolved. With white T-shirts, everything seems to be OK. At least they turned white again. But even here it's not without shoals, because in order to get the result, we had to run after them normally with these T-shirts in our hands. Ah! There was also a joke. They lost my shirt, which was no longer white at that time, in the same wash. She was lying on a chair in the corner, although my boyfriend was told that it wasn't her. We came together to check, because it confused him. It turned out that it was her. They stroked it for me and returned it in the evening. Later I noticed yellow spots on it. The same as on the local bed linen and towels. It was precisely because of this that we decided in the end to ask them to return everything as it was. The girl who did the laundry apologized. Another employee tried to shift the blame on us, saying that he immediately warned about the independent distribution of things. The water in the room is either cold or hot. The towels were very stiff, wrinkled, with red spots. It was very cold at night, 5 times they were approached and asked to give them blankets. They said it would be soon. As a result, we got sick. By the way, the other tenants we talked to also complained. A week later, we received "blankets" somewhere.
They gave out an old prickly rug that looked like a carpet. All covered in some kind of sequins. By that time we were already on the experience, so to speak. We thought OK, at least something. Well, the cherry on the cake. We did not move from this "hotel" because we were going to fly to another country. It wasn't too long to wait. The day before departure, they knock on our door in the morning and tell us to leave. And a little background. We have never checked into a hotel for a month, so we did not know that a month includes 30 days. We stopped by, let's say, on the 4th and were sure that we would also leave on the 4th of the next month. No one said a word about it to us when we checked in. My young man went to investigate, ran after them again, the right employee was not in place. After that, he appeared and they all went out to lunch in the backyard, and in the meantime we didn't understand what to do at all. As a result, we were told to pay for another day in this homeless shelter. We refused to pay. They don't understand English, but the translator does.. Well, that's it. This employee suggested waiting until the evening for another employee who understands English well. It turned out that he had left (the one who initially argued with us and settled us in this room without saying important details) and the three of us were already sitting like fools, waiting until 11 a.m. They dialed him. He told a colleague that they should either pay or leave right now. He doesn't care about arguments. We paid only because it was already late at night, we had to get up early for the plane, our things were not properly packed, + we were fraying our nerves. After that, they also told us that he eventually came to the "negotiations", they asked him why he did not warn us, to which he replied, but they did not ask. He took the money and ran away. That's the story.
I will leave this detailed review wherever I can. Draw your own conclusions.
It's a terrible hotel, it's dirty, WIFI just doesn't work, there's no noise insulation at all. It's not worth even half the money they ask for it. Don't make mistakes, don't book anything there
